  1. Hello, I bought this plane, first because it is the only historical German available for the period June/July 44 (for Nomandy map). Then, I have discovered it. Playing often the Spitfire, I have found a new and totally different plane with many features to discover. Well, today, I am very pleased to have bought it and now those both aircrafts fulfill my simulation time  Thanks a lot to ED. Belly
  2. Hello, For my point of view, this skin contest has put the Fw190A-8 on the front of the ww2 stage. It was a good idea which works. I will be pleased to be able to use some of them which are superb (very nice work) and THANK YOU Belly
  3. Thank you. I would recommend playing " Beaches " first. Do not hesitate to comment then Hope you will enjoy Belly
  4. Hello, Question may be stupid, but just in case, you were not in take off flaps ? Belly
  5. Hello, Nice job  , furthermore the staffeln of II/JG1 were in Essay area, where on the last update of the Normandy map some airfields have been added :) Any possiblity to change the n° from the mission editor ? Belly
  6. Hello, I am on stable only. I play both SP and MP. But for MP, I play only with few friends who also have the stable. Stable has update less frequently. Often, when the update of the Stable release arrives many bugs have been corrected. But if it still some, you will need to wait longer, time to get the next Stable release. Belly
  7. Hello, In regards on searchlight object/subject ; today do we have any news on the AI navigation lights to be switched off ? (see post below) https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=249458 Belly
  8. Hello, Cross fingers ;), may be the Channel map will include east parts of low countries ... Belly
Belly
  10. Hello, For my point of view, I prefer the kneeboard approach. It simulates maps as a pilot may have with him. But it needs some works before starting the mission to make / study them ( like pilot did ), and it is not always easy ( I like it ). Belly
  11. Hello, I had an identical pb when I wanted to add objects such as soldiers, small vehicles in hangars on Évreux airfied. Putting them just outside hangars was what I did ( for jabo missions I made in Fw190A8 ) Belly
  12. Hello, When we use the following method to remove objects (thank you Suntsag): It works fine in SP mission. For MP mission only the mission hoster do not see the removed objects, all other clients still see the “removed” objects. Please, could you we have this function working in MP mission :) Thank you in advance Belly
  13. Hello, This evening we had played the "2 players mission (no clipped wings)". The Pimpernel leader was with warm engine and pimpernel 2 was in cold start. So wingmen start taxi before pimpernel2 could get its engine warm. Well, I have changed the pimpernel2 to warm engine. We had a nice evening, thank you :) Belly
  14. Thank you very much Suntsag  To have tested it, I can say; “Wouaouu, It must be played ! The atmosphere is very immersive” I stop my comments here and let players to discover ... Thank you :) I will play it again Belly
  15. Hello, I was also in the same thinking, but it was not clear. I started to have doubt on it since comments about the free Marianna map “adapted” also for ww2. I do agree with you, hoping that in holland the map will be detailed far East. Belly
  16. Thanks for your feedback
  17. Thank You When you will play the first mission M1, play the mission M1bis just after (same target). Those missions M1 & M1bis make a whole mission. Belly
  18. Hello, From missions I have built to play with friends, I propose you a pack of 6 missions SP in Spitfire. You will be a flight leader. All of those missions are taken place a same day, June 12th 1944 from begin of the morning to end of the afternoon. It was on the beginning of the Advanced Landing Ground in Normandy. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/fr/files/3307597/ (French release included) Few words about it: - Historical approach (I tried) - Voice messages - Kneeboards (2 for each missions) - Documents available to prepare your mission I would appreciate to have some advises to improve myself. Thank you and be gentle. I hope you will have a nice time to play it :) Belly
  19. Hello, For me, this ww2 pacific theater is not good news. Today the ww2 assets pack is not rich, and spread resources on several theaters means that this assets pack would need more time to be filled. Belly
  20. Hello, On my side also, I like this Spitfire module. As already mentioned, narrow gear, taxi with its brake, ‘’mastering’’ the take-off and landing … without forgotten this beautiful cockpit :) I have built some ‘’short’’ missions on Normandy map on which I like to play. I have also played on Fw190A-8 and Bf109K4, but I do not find the specificity I like on Spitfire. Belly
  21. Hello, If I may help you, you can contact me. I am French, male. Belly
  22. Hello, Personally, I think as in each company teams know what they have to do according to their management. This free pressing is not worth and may work in the opposite direction. The ‘’funny thing’’ would be, to recover from work stress, some person would play and on the other hand it would be possible that those one contributes to add stress on other ones. Belly
  23. Hello, In addition to the post above: After playing the mission from the ME (when we are back in the ME), trees & bushes are visible even with very small scale :) Belly
  24. Hello, I was like you, wondering to play in Spitfire over this Normandy map. We all have our own story. Mine have been to start with the Mustang (or the free TF-51) which is easier for taxi, takeoff & landing. Once I managed to be able to play some airfield circuits, I went on Spitfire. It was not easy on the beginning, I even used a ratio of the assistance (see option menu of the aircraft). Today, I continue on it with many missions I have built :smilewink: Now, I would say: If you spend so much time on this question, personally I will go on it because I know I will spend hours to try until I manage. For me, those hours are worth the money. Belly
  25. Hello, First, thank you very much indeed for the work done on this update :) I would ask a small request: In ME from a certain zoom ratio (*) trees disappear. I like to see where are trees and bushes to arrange ground objects added. With this disappearing effect it is not so seasy. (*) with the scale ruler (on bottom left of the ME window) at 200m we see all trees and bushes, but below some types are not visible up to have none of them for further smaller scales. Belly
