Kann man DCS 2.5 Open Beta auch parallel neben DCS 2.5 World installieren oder ersetzt das eine jeweils das andere?

Ok, habe die F-18 jetzt im Programm aber im Doc-Ordner noch immer das alte Handbuch. Muss ich zuerst DCS World 2.5 Open Beta installieren (aktuellläuft bei mir DCS World 2.5) oder wie komme ich an die Beta-Version des Handbuchs?

Sorry ??? Looks like a link to a folder of the own PC. I still haven´t the F-18 module and only want to take look in the manual.

Hi Blech, beim besten Willen: Ich kann nichts finden. Finde nur die Veröffentlichungen zu dem 153-Seiten-umfassenden Handbuch. Könntest Du einen Link posten? Vielen Dank im Voraus!

perfekt, vielen Dank Jungs! Ist das so zu verstehen, daß die Lenkwaffen im offiziellen DCS-Handbuch erklärt sind (mir würde auch das englische Handbuch genügen!)? Ich finde nämlich als PDF zur Zeit nur das Early-Access-Handbuch und den DCS-Guide, in dem nichts erklärt ist. Gibt es eine Veröffentlichung und einen Link zum offiziellen Handbuch?

Hallo Leute, Habe mich gerade einmal mit der F 18 C befasst und zu meiner Überraschung im Handbuch von DCS gesehen, dass es hier keine Lenkwaffen gibt und zwar weder AG-noch AA-Lenkwaffen (also keine Mav´s, GBU-12, AGM-9M, AGM-120). In einem früheren Beitrag wurde das ja auch schon kurz angesprochen. Das haben die Entwickler doch aber sicher mittlerweile ergänzt? Oder liege ich falsch?

Surely hotas warthog is not the problem because i.e. MIG 29 works properly!

I´ve the same problem after updating World 2 using Nevada-map. Mig 29 G axis working properly, but no axis-controlls when using the F 15 C. It´s obviously a bug impelemented in the the last patch.

Dazu eine Frage in eine etwas andere Richtung: Kann die real Bell UH-1 überhaupt getrimmt werden? Ich denke nein, oder gibt es eine späte Version?

Thanks BIGNEWY: No! No changes with the exception of changing my monitors for Shkval and ABRIS. support ticket is just opened, the answer is: I hope the updates will be released in shorter intervals than 31 days. So unlimited activation seems to be no problem!?

Some days ado I bought the nevada terrain and installed World 2.0. After starting the mission editor I had to enter the activation key twice(!), ok, activation left "9". Some minutes ago DCS forced me to update World 2.0. After starting the mission editor I had to enter the activation key once again (?????!!!), ok, activation left "8". If there will be released 8 further updates for World 2.0 this year my activation keys are counted down to "0" and I have to buy Nevada once again in some month - thanks to the DCS-team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone else who knows the problem? By the way: In World 1.5 the mission editor appears at once - in World 2.0 I have to wait 5 minutes - also strange!!

Guys, it suddenly works - at least with my UH-1 - probably due to the latest DCS World update :clap_2::clap_2:. I have recorded the repair process on you tube.:clap: edit: Ok, the trick is to shut down the egine completely (I realize this with the autostop-sequence). You can run the repair-function before this or afterwards. After the engines stops the repair process starts a countdown from 160 seconds in 10 seconds-steps. If you don´t want to watch the full boring clip, log in at minute 5:15 for watching the repair process (please notice the commands and the process-history in the right upper screen-corner):

Hi, suddenly (after the last DCS World Update) my Ka-50-Axis don´t work anymore. The Axis of my UH-1 and A10 works fine. The Axis settings of all aircraft are the same. Anyone who can help? Edit: Problem solved: It was a problem of the Trustmaster Combined. I don´t know why, but the Axis were suddenly deleted :doh:. @admin: Thread can be deleted.

It´s not the worst solution. I can live with this making an auto-start :smilewink: :thumbup:. The advantage is, that the AI don´t open the door. Due to this changing the aircraft is possible.

Ok, AI stays on the FARB - that works fine! But both helis at once shut down their engines!!! I think it´s a rule that if the lead shut down his engine, the wingman follows - or am I wrong? How to set them stay for 10 hours - I see no way in the settings.

Thanks for the advice, but I think the AI will shut down the engine without any fuel. One method is to start from runway, set a waypointon on the FARP and set the waypoint to "fly over point". But it would be more pretty if the AI would stay on the FARP with running engine.

Anyone who knows a way to park a Ka-50 (or UH-1...) in parking position on a base or a FARB with running engines for 10 Minutes or more. Background is the purpose to change the aircraft while a running mission.

I think, at the moment the best method to get a completely repaired aircraft is to leave the plane in the parking position by ctrl+e and respawn it by "get a new aircraft". Not very nice but effective :thumbup:.

It must be possible to respawn the aircraft by destroying it after a hard landing on the runway - but this would be a crazy kind of repair and a good method to wreck a positive mood after or during a successful mission :doh:. Any other methods?

30 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bite me!!! I have not time for a whole night to complete a mission :doh: (in the morning the office is waiting for me). This kind of realism seems to be a little bit overdone :unsure:.
