  1. I do some modification in the Kabina....cmd file. So basicaly possible to change the MFD position..
  2. Hi, The unitclasses.lua doesn't count in FC2... I already have a plan to impelement my previoius mods to FC2 but unfortunately (or fortunataly) :-) I have no time for this now due I working on the Mig-21 3D cockpit as well.
  3. Hi, The plane will be one engine managed through .lua The plane will be replace the F-16A slot with Su-27 cockpit as well. It doesn't metter due the Mig-21 characteristics will be manage through lua. The plane has almost all FM as the real Mig-21. :-) All engine management, aeordinamical variables, weapon handling etc.. work like the real Mig-21. Not necessary. The plane has a brand new textures. A forum member already working on the instruments texturing.
  4. It'll be use a Mig-21 sound. :-)
  5. Sorry it's not possible...
  6. The F-16A slot will be replaced by Mig-21 I already UW-d all main panels, so if somebody has a free time feel free to contact me. :-)
  7. Yeah I have a same idea, but it's should be quite difficult sometimes, becuse most of texture need to compare with 3DS Max time to time for corrections. Anyway if somebody has a good PS skill and have some (a lot of :music_whistling:) freetime feel free to contact me some texturing to-do's.
  8. Some in game test vid's. :joystick: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GP75AByM0bo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhutsLqF2og http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=97aBXvZ6PtE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYrI1FZSK7k The textures doesn't a final one's. It1s just a test purpose. And I excuse the bad FM. My TrackIR has a conflict with my X52 and sometimes gone wild.
  9. Oh man you're a genie. :-) Thanks you very much. It'll very usefull for me. :-)
  10. I'm looking for a person who able to write me a lot of Russian text based on my real cockpit pictures. It's not a hard to-do just read the pics and write the text as a simple Cyrillic characterized UTF-8 plain text or a Word doc to me. I read/write and understand Russian language a bit of course, but I have no Russian keyboard and character layout at the moment so I need help. Without this the texturing is should be more painful and of course time consuming. Any help is appreciated.
  11. Ah.. ok. Tnx for the info...
  12. Hmm. I saw some custom cockpit that use mirror. So it should be possible somehow. http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u194/pablofbs/simulator2011-03-2118-15-31-25.jpg http://i168.photobucket.com/albums/u194/pablofbs/simulator2011-03-1116-03-39-88.jpg And you can see this video. The mirror is working... @HungaroJET: I checking now. Unfortunately the tvn.hu service sometimes quite silly.
  13. Anybody know how can I create a cockpit mirror? I tried several way through LOMUtils but no success. :-(
  14. Ahh.. ok. It's too much yet. It's 125.000 poly w 161.000 vertices. But it doesn't optimised and many unvisible parts (objects backface for example) still exist. My plan is to keep the whole poly count below 100.000 poly and 90.000 vertices. In compare the A-10C cockpit has ~210.000 poly and 190.000 vertices and the KA-50 has ~ 65.000poly and 70.000 vertices as far as I know.
  15. @Alfa: Sorry I didn't understand what does it mean "poly-wise" IN THIS CASE.
  16. The cockpit won't clickable in V1.0 (If I have enough time later on it should be clickable) - All gauges will working - fully working engine control handle, gear handle, flaps handles, with their limitators, buttons on handle moving also - all warning lights visible as real - all weapon selection, jettison, canopy jettison switches emergency procedures switches, handles are working as moves part - Autopilot, stab switches also moves - full night light - Some real Mig-21 HUD symbols will also working (the Mig-21 hasn't a full HUD. it's only a simple gyro handled sighting device) - The hardest part will be the Radar. I create a plan how we can activate/use it (like LEAVU2) but I won't promise anything...
  17. Very-very great movie. I see my Scud also:-D Rep inbound...
  18. That's a 100mm focused SzS-45-1-100-0Sz photo cam that provide the target photo when the pilot use the plane main-gun, gun-pod or shot any missile os rocket as well. It use 35x24mm negative. It take 5shot/sec. The negative lenght 3,6m. Maximum shot lenght 150sec, Max usage: 2000m
  19. @john x: I grabbed the dirtpack. It's outstanding, many thanks.
  20. Yes of course. But from the normal point of view the main pitot tube doesn't visible so much.
  21. @BrumTX: Yes it possible, I'm working on it. :-) @slamraamproductions: Great, issue solved I guess.
  22. Yes it'll be a fully 6DOF compatible. If I finish a 3D modeling we will try to find out to possible make a clickable version or not. It depends on the time and the difficulty.
  23. Did you read carefully the ReadMe? :-) The Scud only able to start launch missile +-25 degree from their base direction. (in the real life it's +-3 degree maximum) If their selected target out of this limit the unit won't start the launching sequence. The target distance must be between 20-300km If the launcher vehicle lowers the ladders and the stability arms at the rear wheels, but the missile erector doesn't start to eract the rocket the target distance/direction is out of the limit.
  24. Well I can write some tutorials of course. I already made some animated or 3D docs of course, but I don't want to share all of my infos and knowledge freely that I collect with a hard work during the last three years. The reason is very simple: Since when I start the modeling for LockOn only a few person help me for the 3D modeling and other tips-tricks cases. Unfortunately some people who has a good knowledge won't share anything as I recognised several times. And some other cases a lot of info's are still in confidental and doesn't open for an open public usage. If somebody need help feel free to contact me and I try to help him of course, but I prefer a person who try to make an own way first than use an easier way. :book:
