Oh my shit this mod is freaking AMAZING!!! Merci les gars de créer cela! Trop ouf! First chopper I enjoy flying, the high gimbal on the cannon is freaking nice, coming from the KA-50... If anybody figures out how to get real time tracking with the HMS for the cannon I'd be glad though. Currently using uncage / designate the whole time :D

how exactly is the syntax? My path is on H:/ , does it have to read (these first two are backwards slashes) C:/Users/User> H:/Program Files/Eagle Dynamics/DCS World OpenBeta/bin DCS_Updater.exe install F-16C Is that right? and if yes, why does it say the system can't find the path?

How hard is it to insert a custom base mission? Or can you merge mission files somehow? Because I got a file with the IAD network of Iran of the ED user files and would like to use this as a base for the Hornet over PG campaign. Any ideas? Or can you copy / paste from one mission file to another? Do you have to set the new SAMs as new targets manually? Thanks for any answers or links provided!

I just downloaded the Hornet over PG, installed the MissionscriptMod via OVGME, and now it tells me the FirstMission.bat doesn't find the path. My current path is: C:\Users\User\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Mods\aircraft\FA-18C\Missions\EN\Campaigns\Hornet over PG is there something wrong with that? I manually created the "aircraft" , "FA-18C" and "Missions" Folders. Any special typos I have to be aware of?

so it ain't possible in DCS either I guess? Anybody tried it out? thought it might make for a poor mans Phoenix :D (long range against slow moving targets)

Hey guys, hopefully I haven't overlooked something when searching for this! This just came to mind, but I can't be the first one to think of it: can you shoot a E2C (forgot the name of the Russian counterpart) with a AGM-88 HARM? Does it lock, track and hit a moving aircraft? I can't test it myself right now (abroad and all that), does any of you guys know?

16 should be fine, but to future proof and if the budget permits it go for 32gigs. Clock speed upwards of 2800MHz, 3000. Also, DDR4 !! ;) Might need to set the RAM speed to the advertised value, many start at 2133 (I think, have to check) out of the box. But that's a straightforward BIOS change, many guides on that online :-)

You can still play, but all your purchased modules will be locked. You only need a connection for logging in. So what I did was create a mobile hotspot on my phone every two days for a minute. I think I once read something about totally going offline, but that locked the module keys to your motherboard IIRC

I'm in a similar dilemma right now, but my budget is a little tighter than sb11's ... Was thinking about rtx 2070 / i5-9600k combo as an upgrade, do you guys think it's possible to do VR with it in the next 2 years, or should I shoot higher right now for that (9700k, 1080Ti?) ?

you can modify it in: c/program files / eagle dynamics / DCS World 2.x / Mods / aircraft / FA-18C / Cockpit / Scripts / TEWS / device / CMDS_ALE47.lua . Edit the file with Notepad++ or whatsitcalled. Works like a charm, but apparently you have to re-do it after every update. Just copy the file and save a link to the folder somewhere ;) I was told this also passed server integrity check for multiplayer and everything (haven't tried that out though)

Can anybody tell me when all these goodies (HMD, LMAV) come to stable? I read something about every two weeks there is a stable update but not this week?
