  3. That's a good feedback, didn't noticed that till you mention it. normal FOB templates and some of the new ones have some SAM in the group... so its true that BAI tasks are not real BAI in the end cuz there are dangerous threats in there. i'll fix it soon. thanks
  4. lol, i'll run some tests to see if something have changed since the last time i've used the A2A Task Dispatcher for clients and then decide if i add it again or no... :joystick::thumbup:
  5. Honestly i didn't add the A2A task dispatcher in there cuz it cause too many micro stutters on each task generation. First runs a detection pulse each 60 secs to detect units then (this is permanent) If something is detected then: create a task: Intercept - if they are hot Engage if you are in air and close to the detected bogey Swep if the object detected is 'alive' but went out of the radars for some reason Don't forget that you need to "subscribe" for those tasks too, wich means in more radio menu management in a mission that already has a lot of that... and something i learnt already is that ppl don't really like menus There is another problem about A2A tasks, it SPAM msgs on your screen telling you about each change / update on the targets. So i decided to handle the enemy planes with a dispatcher, yes, but no task are generated at all to engage those targets. If you want to do some air combat, just do CAP near Mountains (Caucasus), Iraq (Gulf), Las Vegas (NTTR) and trust on your AWACS info, right now you'll have 6 or 7 random enemy planes doing CAP in the patrol area and their bases have infinite stock of units. All the things i'm describing above sounds really cool, but when you get tired of the spam msgs from the HQ, u'll come to my house and burn it with me inside lol

  10. Actually, it's not only on the Su-33, fly anything and u'll get a spiked a lot by everyone, honestly, idk if it's DCS, the Scripts or Thánatos, but sometimes the RWR just activate = "I'm going to leave you deaf" mode

  22. :D like Dr. Stone says... 10.000% sure is this... The reason behind that stupid rule of "enter as an spectator first" it's cuz the scripts (Airboss mainly, but there are others) needs to register the "event" on the runtime of the client / player entering a plane slot. About duplicated msgs for each client: Airboss makes 2 sections from a group of 4 planes, so, section leader and section wingman will receive the same msgs About task msgs: i can't fix it :cry: it's an old DCS<=> Moose issue related to "dynamic" things created during a mission on the go. A good practice is follow the visual guide to stop task spamming :thumbup:
