  1. If my memory is good, Skypat disable it because there is change in the graphic management, and he has no time to check and adapt modman. At that time Locfg is released and did very well the job. But now, i saw the post from the author of Locfg which said he has no time to develop a new version. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=16466&page=14 So, i'll have to talk with skypat, and see if he can re-activate that option which need some work. No promise that it will be back sooner or later.
  2. No, and i don't know if skypat has plan to add it again. It will depends if Locfg is up to date or not. No. Modman v 7.1.1 was designed for Blackshark, and FC2 is using the same process as BS. So, we have juste check that we have no surprise, and don't want to do big change which can add problem. Modman 7.1 is very stable, so there is no need to do big change, according that it works fine, and that FC works like BS. There is a few optimisation in the managing of zip files, which is better than in version 7.1. For small addon, you'll see no change, maybe for big addon.
  3. Ok, I think he use addding instead selecting which is more apropriate. Edit : oups, i didn't see the reply from Mugenjin.
  4. Ok you don't understand how it works. DCS max doesn't provide any change to your game. That's the Modmanager role. You install every addons you want with modmanager, and you use DCS max to launch any missions with any skins you installed with modmanager. It's only a quick mission launcher, that's all. Blackshark users use both of them. Anyway, DCS max has not been tested and adapted to FC2 yet, and maybe will be never.
  5. I search in the command key, and it seems that we can only do next waypoint. Is there a solution to call a past waypoint, cause cycling all the waypoint is a bit longer.
  6. He's not working the same way. Modmanager allow you to install skins, DCSmax allow you, from your desktop to select a mission and a skin, and launch the game. :smilewink: It's a quick mission launcher with the choice of the skin you want using.
  7. We've got a speech with Skypat about DCS max. If there is no need for multicore management, Skypat think about the option skin, ... But it's not the priority, and could be never done.
  8. On attend tes pits, histoire d'alimenter Modman. :smilewink:
  9. Try this. Select the axis you want to fix. Click at the "Axis Tune" button at the right bottom. Move the Curvature slider to the left. It works better forme. It's not perfect, but better.
  10. I think that until FC2 is list in the track IR software, there is no solution for you.
  11. Did you use an MP mission from FC2, or did you build one ? Great report.
  12. The track IR software use the BS profil by default.
  13. For those who have problem with the z axis and don't want to sue the zoom key. Select line Track IR Absolute longitude shift camera view => select trackIr Z => use the button Axis Tune => Modify Curvature to -100. It should work better. Not perfect, but better.
  14. Skypat will provide a new version fully compatible. He wasn't at home this weekend. :smilewink: If you add your entry to the end to the list, changing the number, it would be ok without overwritting ini file. Modman can manage any game you want, no limit in the number. If i remember, if you write no information in the register key, modman ask you the path of installation. But, using an installation in program file is not the best way if you are using seven/Vista.
  15. Ok, i ran test this morning and most of the afternoon, and can't reproduce the problem. Here are tests i ran. Notice that before running each test, i used a systeme (load a ghost image)where lockon and flaming cliff had never been installed. I used a partition for the system, and a partition for the game. The gaming partition was created after the system restauration. My system run on seven 64 bits, and the lockon installation is a french CD version. Test 1 (standard procédure) * Install lockon * Install FC2 (CD lockon in) Result : OK Test 2 (standard procédure) * Install lockon * Install FC2 (CD lockon off) Result : OK Test 3 * Ran setup FC2 => Message lockon 1.1 need * Install Lockon * Install FC2 Result : OK I ran 3 times the test with the same result. Test 4 * Install lockon but abort installation at the installlation screen * Install FC2 => Message lockon 1.1 need (lockon CD off) * Install lockon * Install FC2 Result : OK Test 5 * Install Lockon but abort installation to the start menu creation * Install FC2 => Message lockon 1.1 need (lockon CD off) * Install lockon * Install FC2 Result : OK So, in conclusion, i can say that i can't reproduce the bug we had Renato, me and few others. Most of the time installation will run fine, but in a few case you would have to install Flaming Cliff. On that install, we have no luck. I suggest that not running FC2 setup before installing lockon.
  16. You're welcome. Enjoy your game.
  17. Track IR must run with the same permission as the game, if you run Vista/Seven If track IR is executed as administrator, then execute FC2 as administrator. I had the problem. My track IR soft run as administrator because Rise of Flight need that setup. Once i ran FC2 as administrator, it works fine. Execpt for the Z axis, but other people have the problem.
  18. On my gaming PC in seven 64 : I ran the FC2 setup before installing lockon=>i have the message saying lockon 1.1 is not installed. Installing lockon didn't solve the problem. I still have the message box until i install Flaming cliff which add the regsitry key lockon 1.1. On my laptop in XP : I install lockon and run the FC2 setup, and it works fine. On Both PC i never installed lockon and Flaming cliff. The difference between both installation is the OS and the installing way. Tomorrow, i hope, i could try on my gaming PC another installation. it could be a bug with seven. What is your OS Renato ?
  19. I think that FC2 installer has a bug. It works fine if you don't run it before installing Lockon. But it bugs if you run it before installing lockon. In that case, installing flaming Cliff is need.
  20. Kile, the problem seems to be that we ran the setup from FC2 before installing Lockon. In that case, we have ton install Flaming cliff. ijozic found the solution. THX man. I finished to test on other computer which run XP (where i never install lockon) afew minutes ago. I install lockon first, and after i can run the FC2 setup without problem. I have a ghost image from my gamer PC which run Seven 64, and where i had the problem. If i have time tomorow, i will do another try.
  21. What do you mean ? My Z axis doesn't work. All other works fine.
  22. Maybe you've got something. Before installing lockon, i tried tu install FC2 (on seven 64 bits). I've got a PC with XP which has never saw Lockon, i'll try.
  23. Very space. Renato and me need that key which is provide by Flaming cliff, and you and others who has that key have to remove it. I have confirmation on a french forum that people can install FC2 on a PC with Lockon alone. A PC where lockon and Flaming Cliff has never been installed.
  24. Yes, and you find some people who said that it works with only lockon. But, Is it on a system where lockon has never been installed, or a system where lockon and flaming cliff has been installed, and remove. In the case with an installation which has been removed, the register key needed for FC2 installation is still present. So a fresh install of lockon will be ok. But on a new PC where Lockon and Flaming has never been install, you can't have the lockon 1.1 key which is checked to run the installation of FC2. That key is generate by the Flaming Cliff installation. Maybe, patching lockon would create the right key. Another one said the same thing in that tread : http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=51359
  25. I agree with you. I was in the same situation as you. I never installed Lockon and Flaming Cliff on my PC. I don't have any key in my register base. With only Lockon (French CD version), i have the same message, that lockon 1.1 is not installed, so i can't install FC2. Installation of FC2 check if the lockon 1.1 key is present in the register base. If not, it block the FC2 installation. There is another check for the FC2 installation. As soon i installed Flaming cliff (which patch lockon in 1.1 version, and created the right register key), i can install FC2. Maybe if we patch lockon, it adds the right register key. I didn't try that solution.
