Yes i did that.....just finished flying the 3rd mission and once i was directed to to contact overlord just after passing way-point 7 the comms broke ( no matter what i did i couldn't communicate with anyone in the sim, and yes i was using the frequencies correctly) nothing would respond to comms. I made the way-points on time and did not veer off of my flight plan. My flight ignored all orders given, overlord would not respond, and kobuleti would not respond...im at a loss, i did land without clearance and the mission did end but i got an overall score of 20. Not sure what (if anything) im doing wrong. So frustrating because the campaign has a lot of promise. :(

So I've completed the 1st 2 missions and I can already tell how amazing this campaign is going to be. I have run into an issue though.....everytime the voice over script is initiated, for some reason bitchin betty is iniated as well. For example ... in mission 2 when Dodge 1 voice script plays and tells Prowler 1 to stop and hold their position while Dodge checks out suspicious activities ahead bitching betty is going off the exact same time the voice script is activated with either "warning auto pilot" or "altitude altitude" . I was not using auto pilot and I was orbiting prowler at 5000 feet. And bitching betty sounded off every single time a voice over was played from take off to landing. So....is there something I'm missing? Do I need to adjust a setting? Has anyone else seen this?

Steam has released an update an the enemy within 3.0 is now playable on steam...just finished the 1st mission!!

Same here, bought it and cannot play it...will there be a fix to this or should i request a refund?????

Wont this mod affect the new "SA" page? When picking up DL signals from other aircraft or interrogating NCCTR.....Doesn't this cause the symbology in the AMPCD to change from yellow to red? Wont this make it impossible to differentiate between friend and foe in reference to own ship AMPCD if the text color is already red?

Best advice out there....try out the headset before you buy one. For me VR just isnt there yet. Graphics are horrible. For comparison.....its almost the same clarity as watching a video in YouTube at 144p resolution. I have a top end rig so for me it isnt a hardware restriction, its a rift restriction/limitation Ive compared it many times to the YouTube 144p resolution and it truly is close to the same. Try it before you buy it. Its not for everyone. I myself feel like i wasted 400 bucks. It will get there someday but for now..for me...it aint even close.

What happened to the steam version? At first Baltic 2.0 was available on steam then it disappeared a week ago and Baltic 3.o has yet to make an appearance on steam.

I agree i think it will be worth it in the end. I like the checklist idea and Im going to employ that. Going to watch the videos kaltokri suggested as well.

I agree. I was just frustrated when i posted. I mean I did everything perfect except turn off the radio during the shut down and I got Disqualified. So of course there must be something wrong with the game and not me right? HaHa Gotta employ a little jiu jitsu on my ego!!

I purchased the A10C Basic Flight Training Course, Tactical Training Qualification, and Advanced Aircraft Training Qualification through Steam. Have to say after attempting the Basic Flight Training Course I am extremely frustrated. I do not know exactly how many hours I have spent on this module. I put an hour into trying to get through one mission then at the mission summary get rated unqualified and told I operated poorly cause I forgot to turn the radio off during the shutdown procedure.Who enjoys doing the same thing over and over an hour at a time............

Will this be available on Steam? So far the only "Enemy Within" campaign available through Steam is the one released in 2016.

I'm a new member. Ive been around about 2 days, and this will be my last post here. I posted the solution to this issue twice in this forum. All you people seem to want to do is argue about shit that doesn't matter. real life is real life and DCS is DCS. I'm out. bunch of trolls just want to argue and fight with each other. Makes me sick. No wonder DCS is regarded so poorly in all the other flight sim communities. I get it now. Good luck here in land of the trolls.

Look down in the pit at the color MPCD (the one behind the stick) and place the JHMCS cross hair in the center of the MPCD screen and recenter the track IR. Now the JHMCS will be perfect eye level and "calibrated". Just give it a try.

Dcs through the Oculus is promising. It is indeed very cool to be immersed in a 3d world but.......the graphics just aren't there yet to make it fun to play via oculus. Experimenting with all variables in the graphics quality of dcs through oculus the graphics just aren't there yet. Not being able to see the cockpit gauges clearly or not being able to really see other aircraft during a merge gives me a headache. Even though i can still read the gauges the fact that the resolution is so poor makes DCS unplayable in VR for me. I suppose i got spoiled to the clarity of 4k........Definitely headed in the right direction with flight sims going VR. Very promising.
