  1. Dude. It's the first Early Access. Bullseye will be fixed by the devs in due time, up to that point you can take up my coordinates for a miz file or simply use the provided .miz as a workaround. Chill.
  2. Yes, you can manually edit as a workaround. Set these values to place bulls on the inner-german border, slightly east of Kassel: ["bullseye"] = { ["y"] = -731137.56388645, ["x"] = -310331.58310001, }, -- end of ["bullseye"] (for each coalition respectively, of course) I have attached a clean map with all airfields set to blue or red coalitions and above mentioned bullseye for your convenience. Cold War Germany 0.1.miz
  3. And you believe CptSmiley why?
  4. Not to worry - the other 3rd party devs are being paid, since they don't breach their contractual agreements.
  5. There have been more than these, the latest is from July of this year, unless I am sorely mistaken. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/2024-07-26/ This is DCS, everything takes long because everything is pretty complex. How is that news?
  6. It has not been abandoned and various small updates about it can be found in the newsletters since 08/2020.
  7. Anything later than 19940328
  8. Man, you guys really like to lay it on thick, right?
  9. Post a track and we can tell you more. None of what you describe happens to me or the people I fly with, so unless you have a track for more detail no one will be able to help. Hint: ED didn't change a thing with the landing gear for a good while now.
  10. F-18C unrestricted trap weight is 33.000 lbs - you are too heavy to begin with, and yes: coming in too heavy means little margin for errors.
  11. Because the landing gear was pretty much impervious beforehand, which got rightfully fixed. Stay within acceptable limits and everything will work as intended.
  12. ATFLIR when flying Navy or Marines off a carrier and LITENING when flying Marines off a land base, because LITENING is not carrier approved
  13. Yeah, me - the wow-effect was gone in a few sessions and I was constantly annoyed with the rather low visual fidelity, much lower than on a quality screen. I was constantly angry about how <profanity>ty it looked, and I don't like being constantly angry about something so expensive. I'll give it another try in a bit of time - it certainly is the way of the future, but it's not yet there for me, personally.
  14. The TDC (or Throttle Designator Controller) is a control element ON the throttle. At this point you will have to decide how to control that element. With an axis or a button/x-way switch? The axis control is called Throttle Designator Controller - VERTICAL AXIS and HORIZONTAL AXIS that you may have to bind on your HOTAS, otherwise take a look at the same control in the non-axis controls of the F-18.
  15. You can mouse over any switch and see it's exact name in the pop-up box that you then get. That name is what you are looking for in the controls config as well.
