  1. Gogi12 when I update the mods I usually at least state the version and any updates to the mods. Only one of my mods was updated by CurrentHill. I will remove the Irainian patrol boat I created a few years ago. Thanks for the input.
  2. Thanks Beldin! I was just working on America the other day. I'm reworking all her weapons. I think EDs updates are taking a toll on her animations. Thanks for updating the Lua! I appreciate it. Gogi12, I think I have ADHD when it comes to modding. Hard to really concentrate on one mod at a time. So the answer to your question is below. I have been working on Andrea Doria and Forbin also.   3. Thanks, Beldin! I appreciate that. For a minute there I thought there was little interest in the AI Ship mods. Either way, I will continue to create them no matter what. I'm currently working on the USS Mount Whitney and USS Blue Ridge. I should be releasing the newly updated Aquitaine Frigate Normandie and Foundre Class LPD soon as well. Thanks to you all for your continued interest in the mods.
  4. Hey Guys! I have released my updated version of the USS Constellation FFGX-62 Frigate with liveries. Vers" 1.0.1. Please see page 1 of my forum # 16. I would like to state the USS Constellation is a Frigate so it's not comparable to a Cruiser or Destroyer. However, she holds her own as you will see. If you have any MAJOR Technical issues with the mod please PM me and I will correct it. ENJOY!!!
  5. Hello IR.Clutch. That's a great question. Yes, the radars are radiating otherwise they wouldn't detect incoming threats. I'm not a flyer so it will be hard for me to answer. Can you see it on the regular radar? Is Admiral Kasatanov the only ship it doesn't show up on the targeting pod?
  6. Testing USS Constellation, USS Congress, and USS Chesapeake defenses against Admiral Kasatanov, Type55, and Type52D. The FFGXs are ready for War.
  7. IR.Clutch. All weapons have been upgraded and corrected. They're more accurate now. I've added MK23 Nulka decoys, RIM-116, RIM162 & RIM174 defense along with Naval Strike Missiles.

  11. Your welcome Pappy2! Yes Patpatpowercat, i'm working it as I write this. It's long overdue. The model i had just wasn't cutting it so I have much better mod to bring to DCS. What i've been trying to do is work multiple mods at once but I think i need to rethink that idea and just concentrate on one at a time. One thing about creating 3d models is it's very easy to get distracted with one model and you find yourself working on another model. The reason it's taking so much time for me to release a model is i'm adding all brand new weapons and that alone can take some time. Plus testing. If you only knew how many times we are in and out DCS Testing. That alone takes a so much time. Really wish we had a standalone platform just for testing!!! So short term i will be releasing the French-Chilean=Brazilian LPD which is out for testing and Aquitaine FREMM Frigate. I have also re-worked the USS Constellation. All new weapons. It can hold it's own now in DCS against the new Chinese and Russian ships.

  14. Done! Guys I have updated the Harpoon script on the USS Bowen. Version 1.0.1 can be downloaded on page one of the forum. If your interested to know what I have been working on. I'm re-working the Aquitaine Class Frigate and working on the Sirocco Class LPD. Foudre - France, Sargento Aldea -Chile and Bahia-Brazil. There will be 3 liveries. The Aquitaine Class French Frigate has been updated to combat the new Chinese and Russian threats in DCS. Thanks to CurrentHill!! He has given me more insights into modeling and making the DCS AI Warships more powerful. I'm also working on the Los Angeles Class Submarine. So what's new is you have to determine when the submarines will submerge and surface via waypoints now. The auto submerge feature has been removed. Not sure if it will be reprogrammed or not.

  16. Hello Northstar98, Thanks for the detailed insights into the submarine diving animation. I will say this. Prior to the update I could manually make the submarine dive. However, since the update and as of yesterday the function wasn't working. It sounds like we need to create a waypoint and within that waypoint set the diving parameter's on the submarine. I will try that to see if that works. And yes in real life you wouldn't see them at all. I served in the US Navy for 24 years and I never seen one out to sea. Never! Only when they entered port!   18. I would say something but i will leave it alone lol.. Pikey add the below line to the Harpoon script in the the USS Bowen Main lua file and the Harpoon will disappear. Most of the mods needs to be updated. Basically the connector for the Harpoon Missile is sticking outside of the launcher. Easy fix!! GT.WS[ws].LN[1].show_external_missile = false

  20. SmeagleGoneWild, Actually the Destroyers and Cruisers can perform the same task. In real life however them may have different duties. Both protect the Air Craft Carriers along with submarines. They also conduct Drug Interdiction Operations as well plus many more duties. Lt.Turbo the issue in DCS some weapons will not work with certain mods unless we declare a certain weapon for the mod. In that case the weapon performs much better than the weapons currently in DCS. Example. The weapons currently used by the Irainian Fast Craft are declared. That's the beauty of DCS. We can bring any weapon into the game. With CurrentHills scripts I have been able to bring an Exocet Missile to DCS and it proves hard to stop in some cases. I hope that answered your question.
  21. Hello, The Chinese Submarine 093 has stopped launching it's missiles and Torpedoes in DCS. Is there a plan to correct this issue soon? Thanks. Regards, Admiral189

  23. Your welcome Akitaken! Lt.Turbo the Osa missile can still be added to the Patrol boat but the weapon scripts will have to be changed to accommodate it.
