Hello guys, Something strange happens to me since last open beta update. I can open DCS and flight wherever I want (mission, instant action, etc) but, if I try to fly a second time, the game freeze in the loading screen and I´m kicked out to desktop. Some time ago, i was flying the aggressor mission for the mirage in the nevada map. I shot down the first F5, but the second F5 was at my 6, after some maneuvers turning and braking, he overshot me, so I get behind him, at really close range and turning tight, I lock him with the radar and he release a flare ( I guess the IA do that everytime is locked). Then the flare came right to my windshield.... BOOM, my screen went white for maybe 1 -2 seconds. It caught me off guard, and when the image came back, the F5 was at my 10 and high. So I guess is not a tactic, but possible that this "accident" happens.

Hi, I´m having the same issue. The compass shows bearing 330, but i´m actually heading the other way around. Tacview show my heading was 140. Last night I check the last flight I did with Tackview. It happens that the wingman was not shoot down... He crash against a mountain!! :noexpression: I flew the mission again and send him RTB before engange, and I was able to finish the mission. After I receive the distress call, I fly to the coordinates and make a low level fly to recon. Then I proceed to engage, sometimes I order the wingman to engage ground targets, other to cover me and other I command nothing. I get some SAM warning and then I guess the wingman get shot down cause I get the message I wrote above. I´m asking cause you said before that the mission succes is not tied to the wingman survival.

Hello guys, I´m flying this campaign before start the red flag (lot of people says it´s the best one in DCS, kudos to you Baltic Dragon!!), and get stuck in this mission because every time I engage, my wingman get hit and I get the message "mission failed - your wingman was killed" (I dont remember the exact message) Any sugestions?

Sorry guys, to newbie on this. I was able to reproduce the problem one more time (but not the same steps explained by Stuka) and after that, never again. I´m attaching the log of that time. there´s also a .crash file in a ZIP file, but I get an error everytime I tried to unzip it. dcs error.txt

Will try to reproduce the error... It happened with the cold start instant action in Nevada, after take off I was fooling around with the systems and got kicked off to desktop.

Bronco, me fije en mi profile y el pinkie switch esta configurado como "no programado". Se que mucha gente se queja de los drivers de Logitech, pero yo nunca tuve un problema. De hecho tengo el mouse del trottle configurado como 4 botones (arriba,abajo, izquierda y derecha) y me funciona 10 puntos. Sera cuestion de suerte supongo.

Hi, I'm new to DCS, know about it from Steam, and I guess that's a good thing, as other people said, you can reach a bigger players database. I ran the stand alone and the steam version and never noticed any downgrade, actually when it comes to download updates steam version is much faster, I mean, maybe 30 minutes on steam and 4-5 hours in the stand alone ... On the other hand, local currency is a game changer, in the time I've been playing, if I had to buy from the ED store, maybe I could afford 2/3 modules, via steam I bought 6 and the NTTR map . So, maybe the reveneu for the devs is smaller, but smaller is better than nothing, right?

Bronco, tuve el mismo problema hace tiempo, creo que lo que hice fue dejarlo como no asignado en el profile de software de logitech. Pero ahora no recuerdo bien, cuando vuelvo a casa lo chequeo y te aviso. Saludos!

Was this implemented?? I guess not since I cannot find it on the control assignmet menu, but just in case I´m asking. I´m starting the red flag campaing and one of the first thing to be mentioned is the importance of channel switching....

El F-14 te va a alucinar, los detalles son increibles y para los que crecimos adorando ese avion ( yo estudie tecnico aeronautico por ver TOP GUN :megalol:) no tiene comparacion, pero.... es todo analogico y hay mucho para aprender y horas para invertir, a mi me pasa que me quedo buscando un interruptor en el cockpit y cuando me doy cuenta estoy volando invertido y 90º fuera de curso:lol:. Plus hay que aprenderse las funciones de RIO, por lo cual es doble trabajo. Pero si lo compras, no te vas a arrepentir. Saludos!

Finalmente compre el A-10 y NTTR, de paso las campañas red flag del M2000 y la enemy within 3.0 (malditas compras compulsivas jaja) NTTR se ve muy lindo, interesante cambiar el tipo de terreno, y me puse a ojear el manual del A-10... vi mal o son mas de 700 hojas??? Algun consejo para iniciar con este modulo ademas de las misiones de entrenamiento?? Bronco, mi humilde opinion es que arranques con el Mirage. es relativamente poco complejo en cuanto a sistemas, y tiene un autopilot genial que te permite concentrarte en el cockpit hasta que le agarras la mano a todo. Hola gente, estoy pensando aprovechar las ofertas y comprar el mapa de Nevada para hacer las campañas Red Flag, y de pasada llevarme algun modulo... estaba pensando entre el A-10 y el F-5, aunque me tira mas el A-10 ya que no tengo ningun modulo que sea dedicado a aire-tierra. Que opinan? Saludos,
