  1. Yes, I am requesting a device. Remind me what’s the cost to the US?
  2. I’m in from the States. Let me know what I need to do.
  3. It often occurs when the AWG is placed into standby.
  4. That's gonna be a no from me Dawg
  5. likely a scam. The good thing is they use PayPal for checkout so one could risk it, and try for a reversal once your scammed, or you get a stupid deal on a Warthog.
  6. I was on the LMDF server last night and saw something like that happen twice and couldn't figure out what happened. Twice a P-47 got bounced and the Gerr killed each 47 with a short burst with no apparent damage to the AC.
  7. Lern to AAR with this one easy trick. Learn to fly formation, trim whatever you're flying to stay stable if you take your hands off the stick ( doesn't have to stay stable for hours just a few long moments, then plug. Until you can fly close formation you cannot AAR.
  8. OK Mr. Picky-Pants 15*, 15 Units, just slap the DLC to pick a wire :megalol:
  9. Because the LSO doesn't know you're a Tomcat. He's calling everything like it's a Hornet so your 15* approach is going to be slow compared to the Hornets 8*.
  10. When you do plug you still need to watch that trim and your throttle positions. The Turkey is so well modeled that the center of balance (?) will change as fuel comes aboard, certainly if you're filling the drops. I suppose you don't really need to get away from combat. If you can practice with a human wing man you can fly in a decent close formation before you need to spread or do whatever. What really helped me was watching a video RainWaters posted to his instagram. It was a shot from a gopro looking across the cockpit of an F-5 or T-38 flying close formation on a U-2. The pilot worked that throttle constantly and only made fingertip corrections with the stick or a small pop on the trim hat.
  11. You have to learn to fly formation on the tanker. If you cannot do that you cannot refuel. It may sound like a broken record, but it's the truth and it is that simple. Spend a week flying on the wing of a tanker or in MP with a buddy. If you can stay in a half asses parade formation you can plug and refuel.
  12. My wingman and I experienced this bug twice each in two days. Seems to becoming more common. The only way we could fix it was a full restart of DCS.
  13. There were 12+ guys all ready on the ramp this weekend on the Forgotten War server weekly mission. That was a really good time, moving off in three, four ship sections to attack a rail depot.
  14. I mean we are arguing about the ammunition and it's velocity meanwhile links provided have shown the published velocity for the weapon. The velocities are attempted to remain constant so weapon sight's don't always need to be recalibrate when changing from training ammo to service. But hey, the published information from the Air Force Museum isn't good enough and we don't know what manual ED is looking at saying this is gold. I guarantee they don't have a SME that was a crew chief in Korea telling then this is the stuff we loaded.
