I have done the update 1.5.8 to 2.5 beta move 2.2 too 2.5 according to updater. Asked if I wand to remove 2.2 alpha, yes. So now where do I fine the nevada map?

I have DCS ( alpha and beta ) on C-drive. I copy pasted both to my B-drive where they will reside now, no operating system their. Made new shortcuts and launched both from their new home, and all is well. Can I delete the folders on C-drive now, leaving saved games folder on C, and be ok for the update. :helpsmilie: Thanks

Modules under DCS World 1.5 and 2.2 will not need to be activated. Just do not uninstall DCS World 1.5 and DCS World 2.2 Open Alpha prior to installing DCS World 2.5 Stable, as 2.5 will copy the modules over from 1.5 and 2.2. Does this apply if installing 2.5 on second SSD drive same computer. Thank You

I have / had 1.5 which updated too 1.5.8. I have seen vid of new explosions effects that are suppose to be in 1.5.8 but I am not seeing them in my install. Do those effect only come with the purchase of the AV-8B and Normandy map.

Thank you sir. You are dead on. I always run everything as admin, but I got some MS and Nvidia update that moved and screw up a lot of my short cuts. So I think that is where it stems from. Thanks

I have been using (scroll lock and numbers lock) for centering and pause for years in DCS but, they have stop working in both beta and alpha. I know that it is not track ir solfware because that same profile centering and pause will work in other sims. I tried the repair dcs but that did not help. Are we bugging or is my problem isolated. Thanks

Haven't tried it, but try assgn nbr arrow to hat plus #5 to button for centering.

The two that I have noticed so far, didn't want to dig further. Trim not working Backup alt knob not turning. I quit after that.

I know that this is a bit of a sore subject here but I am just looking for a short but sweet answer to a question. I just recently tried this great piece of solfware and love it, but when I tick the colour litening box under settings the tgt pod is black, and not color like I have seen in some videos. But, without the box checked, the tgt pod screen works but is black and white. Can someone who is using the Altra mfcd mod tell me if the color is working for them and what version they are using. I am using the beta 2.7.1. Their forum is locked but it seems that there is still and life at the web site. Thanks

I open 1.5 beta, options, monitor and clicked on MFCD and now I can't play. I tried repair, update to no avail. How can I fix this start screen. This is all I get thanks

What happen to being able to lock on targets with mav's from five, six or seven mile from tgt without using force correlate. I can no longer lock tgt's beyond 4 1/2 mile no matter how visible they are even when blk hot. Any answers?

Thank you Ranma13. I was hovering my mouse over the tuner knob but wasn't getting indication that it was working in the SIM. Pointer not turning green when hovering over as with other button, and knobs. I then tried using key press and it did light up and tune in. Now able to here jtac. Anyone is this tuner knob suppose to work with mouse over or is it bug. Thanks All

I have the Viggen and when I fine the need to quickly know speed or alt I bring up the ( info bar ), its IAS and Feet. If that's the same in other a/c it could help in your decision, because it's always on display if desired.

I have install the Mod but can not get JTAC response. Mission editor command freq 27 FM preset 3 FAC freq 27 R 828 power switch on volume to max Radio set to 3 to match mission editor preset # spug to VHF 1 Contact JTAC no answer Am I missing something if JTAC working in the K-50 Thanks

What mission are you trying to fly in. Make sure it is set to player.
