  1. Same thing happens for me as well in latest open beta. Would be good if RagnarDa or someone from Heatblur could take a look at this. Best regards M
  2. I have been testing this yesterday and today and was quite successful actually. But one thing I noticed was that it seems that I must to have higher speed now, which will make the sight in a good place. Not 100% sure, but I think I could get away with lower speed in the "early" Viggen? I have also noticed as PD, that when level the sight is very high in the hud. Cant seem to remembering it being that high before? Anyway, precision seems very good for me at the moment and maybe the seed is supposed to be quite high? I should add that I've been flying at Caucasus, after reading previous post. Best regards, M
  3. One thing I think is really cool with this is that I can fly a reconnaissance mission in SPA mode looking for targets. When finding them I put them as SPA/MÅL (M1 etc). Back on the ground just go to BER and they are selectable as cartridges in kneeboard to load. Really cool  If it is a ship I can put them as SPA/SKU (S1 etc) to be able to determine speed and course. But unfortunately the speed then got messed up in the kneeboard cartridge. It was like 2300 km/h or something  So its calculated position and time on target was way of the map. @Ragnar: Is it me doing something wrong with this, or isn't that function implemented? (yet? :smilewink:) Would be really cool if that would work. Best regards, M
  4. I think that this might be related to the "weight on wheels bug": https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=218232 I tested this in my own mission and with empty loadout and fuel less than 40% I didn't get the ground crew to work. But with 50% fuel or more it did work. So maybe its like the plane isn't detected as standing on the ground because it is "to light" because of the bug? I checked your mission and it is also empty loadout and less than 40% fuel. Try landing with 80% fuel just to see if this might be it. Best regards, M
  5. Thanx! :) Just out of curiosity, what triggered this to happen? Best regards, M
  6. Yes, it should work in NAV as well. Cobra, maybe you can have a look at this? :) Best regards, M
  7. This is really really cool  Very good job! :) Best regards, M
  8. Thanx Cobra :) Good to know you're on the case. Best regards, M
  9. Thanx all for testing and confirming! Hope to get Cobras attention on this, as I don't wanna be forced to use all the runway when landing  We all want to stop within 1/3 right? :pilotfly: Best regards, M
  10. I had problems with this yesterday when trying the RB-75. For me I could not get a lock when master mode was set to NAV. But when set to ANF i did get a lock. Is it the same for you or can't you even get a lock in ANF? Another problem, I think, was that when in NAV mode and going to TV it did perform a update on the target position instead of locking to the target. Which made the target waypoint way off position. Best regards, M
  11. Don't know if I can explain it the right way, but I´ll try :) 2. When set and the target plane is "wider" than the sight you are within range, i think. 5. When it locks the horizontal line will get shorter the closer you get and within the two vertical lines you are within range. Maybe it wasn't any help, I don't really now how to explain it. But thats the way I think it is working :) Best regards, M
  12. Hi, I think that there might be some problem with the thrust reverser in DCS 2.5.2.20601 Update 9 open beta. When landing with reverser handle pulled the thrust reverser should engage automatically when the nose wheel hits the ground. But that doesn't happen any more for me, like it used to. It only engages after slowing down to almost a full stop. Could someone else who is on the latest open beta try this to confirm? Best regards, M
  13. Maybe I am misunderstanding what you are after. :) But this thread shows how to set it up, and there is no need to get your wheel upp to something. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3105599&postcount=1 Just be close enough to the the group. Don't have to be super close. I have just tested it a little bit but it seems to work pretty good. But maybe I'm missunderstanding you and you are trying to achieve something else? :) Best regards, M
  14. Yes, I can confirm this as well. Best regards, M
  15. I have not been using my VR headset much lately and especially not with the EP-13. But I just tested this and you are right that it is much harder to see the targets in VR compared to when I'm using my monitor and track-ir. Maybe its because of the lower resolution in the VR? I don´t know... I remember that from the beginning the image got larger and more magnified the closer you looked at the EP-13. I didn't fly the viggen for quite some time but I have a faint memory of that funktion was removed? Maybe because it wasn't working at all in VR only on the monitor. Or something like that, can't remember exactly. But I think that is what the OP is describing in the first post. Maybe someone else can fresh my memory up on this, what happened to the magnifying in the EP-13? Best regards, M
  16. It is working fine to load another mission if the radar hasn't been used at all in the previous mission and is not used in the second mission. There are som other combinations also, that causes the crashes that I cannot remember right now. But it is all described by the developers in this thread https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=214596 what they have found and will fix in the next patch. Best regards, M
  17. Hi, if you can't even fly one mission without crashing the game it seems like some other problem than the reported crashes. They are mostly about crashes that happen when you start another mission(or the same mission a second time). I am able to fly one mission all the time without problems. And I can even start the same mission many times in a row if I don't use the radar. So the Viggen is definitely not completely broken for everybody. The problem you are seeing seems to me like something else. Can you use other DCS modules completely without problem? Best regards, M
  18. Thanx! And about the Elint page, it was just user error on my part.:music_whistling: It is working. Best regards, M
