Read my comment again: I did not say that SAS6007 knows everything, he might know allot about the R-3R because he has taken out myself and others in our wing that way. No one said that everyone dont know the system on the Red side.. seriously :megalol:

We have been laughing at the Red pilots that frequently fire their air to air missiles in a head to head merge, hoping for that all aspect hit that they were used to before. Seriously, no wonder the stats look like that when, even the experienced Red simulator enthusiasts, fire in that kind of angle. Keep it cool and wait for the right moment, that’s at least what we teach in the Devils. There is one aviator that we dont laugh at and that is SAS6007, his R-3R are frikken deadly. Have a chat with him.

This guy is comparing an all aspect missile to the rest of the rear aspect ones. Good going.. The R60M’s were aimed to help the SU25 out, incase you missed it. You also keep forgetting that the 21 has the only radar lock-on all aspect missile (R-3R) on the cold war server. The Viggens are doing both Air to Ground and Air to Air work incase you have missed that. Ever wondered what fast mover keeps taking out the secondary runways, carpet bombs or rocket strikes the Farp’s, Gun Pod cutting the Mi8’s and KA50’s in half, Maveric strikes long range SAM’s and RB05 the Ships? All of these weapons take 2-4 pylons which leaves only 2-4 pylons for Air to Air missiles. Please get your ducks in a row.

Maybe there is a way to place the L39’s and the SU25’s on a road base, just like you did with the L39’s on the ‘catch me if you can’ mission. I have seen a few highways around on the mainland. They only have to takeoff and keep the R60M’s on until they run into trouble.

Good point, I’m glad that Alpenwolf took away the 2000 and 29 from the Hold The Line mission. I would prefer them not to be part of any of the missions. The future Mig23 and F14A(no phoenixes) will be more suitable for this era.

The A10 strikers from the Devils are always bringing a ton of air to ground weaponry with, so you dont have to worry about us.

Well said :thumbup: The Red Mig21 flyer SAS6007 was able to shoot me down twice in a row on the Sail Ahoj mission using his R3-R missiles. Some Red aviators out there are under the impression that you have to fly high for such a lock and radar ident, but that’s wrong. I was occluded in clouds at both instances and he could easily lock onto me (ones from the same altitude frontal heading, and the second was a lock from a sea level elevation).

Are you for real?! :l The Red’s just don’t stop, take that gear down theory and sell it to who ever has the time to watch your wanna be pilot channel. Come back to me when you have a Com license, or better. Then we can talk about your theories.

What I said was that my daughter complains less than you. I think that if you spend half of the time hovering on the forum and focused that time on Red team building.. you would be way better of.

BK90 sucks, no one I know is using them, and I know a chunk of blue aviators. Also, no one of us is using Mav’s for air to air. Please provide Tacview of the blue flyers that do that and we can all deal with them.

There have been some great dogfights since the all aspect missiles been taken away. The 19 has become a great adversary suddenly, and air combat has become a Merge and dogfight.. instead of Merge and fire head to head all aspect missiles hoping for a frontal impact. I have seen flyers trying to Merge kill with a rear aspect missile.. seriously, it is about time to adapt. Unless you can get a mig21 radar lock on the opponent which works. All, time to start flying and stop whining..

Wow.. haha, are you for real?! Take a deep breath buddy and organize your team then. All I hear is this and that, but bottom line is that the Red side has no organization. Organize it then, simple as that. Do you think the Blue Devils happened over night? There is a chunk of wining.. “we want rear missiles only cry outs”, “take away the Viggens long range Mavs”, “take away the Harrier”.. etc. This all happened and was amended.. and you still go on! :D Coooome ooon.. My kid doesn't even complain like you do.
