  1. Hi everyone.. The problem is about F-15C BAZ mission.For those who did not play it; You have to eliminate all the A/A threats and give cover to F-16's to bomb the nuclear facility.. 4 F-16's are MK-82's, 2 are equipped with AGM-88.. I take down all the air threats , but bombers they break away without bombing and they return the base.. And of course mission completed : %0.. Are they supposed to do that? Mission goal is "dissappointment" ? or there is something going wrong in the mission file? BTW i searched the forum, came up with nothing,so i believe nobody encountered it yet..
  2. Well guys.. Unbelievable!!! It works.. I'm using the faketrackir mode.. I had to cancel the x and y in the settings because as somebody mentioned before, it messep up y and pitch.. The reason i canceled X is,i couldn't get use to movement of HUD with my head.. Why the hud doesn't stand still?It's very annoying when i'm on the runway ( i lose the sense of direction) or when i want to see the hud completely before an attack.. I still couldn't get the Z to work the way i want but, i workin'on the sensitivy settings.. Thanks ripkirby.. Trackir can wait now...

  5. Hi everyone, As the release date comes close like everybody else i would like to share my configuration possibility with y'all.. Here it goes: ATI 512 mb 5670 4GB DDR3 ( 8 is possible but i don't know if this gives any favour) intel i3 3.2 ghz ( i5 is possible with 3.6ghz) Will the base config. be enough to run DCS:Warthog? Or should i really go for i5? DCS is cpu extensive as everybody knows and tells, but i don't get the idea behing getting powerful graphics then? Will 512 mb 5670 be the bottle neck?At the moment with 256mb hd 2600 xt and core2duo 2.66 , i am really far away from playing FC2.Without graphics tweaks is a slideshow.I was searching aroudn the forum i think nobody uses 5670.Thanks.. BTW my monitor is 21,5 inch LED with 1920x1080 pixels native res.
  6. well, that's of course your logic ,i respect that..But to me is senseless,what you say there.It's like putting 2009 cars to F1 2010 game, because modelling the new cars and the aerodynamics are too much work.. I don't think that game makers work that way.. Well i was referring to :Even the F-16 comes as a next module , it would be okay for me as -i believe- is possible to put the F-16 pit into F-15E in order to fly it as we do in Flaming Cliffs 2.. Long way to F-15 model?? What is this then?
  7. Don't take me wrong but aren't you/we enough of su-25's? Why to get an aircraft with a lousy A/A support while you can have both at the maximum? Why not a NATO bird? I'll die for F-15E .. Just think how fun will be to team up with A-10C's! Plus it's the same era.. Logical choice.. In that matter F-16's will be good too.I'm not a fan of single engine aircraft, but hey,NATO fighter with A/A,A/G capability, and lots of flag on it.Lastly as we have F-15E modelled in the game,just small cockpit swap will not hurt anybody.Am i right?
  8. If we get the F-15E,with that much fire power, that much speed,we will not be able to find anyone to fly A-10C buddy... :pilotfly:At least i'm assuming that way..
  9. Hi sorry to ask.. How on earth do you get 60FPS with this config? May i ask your graphics.cfg and options.lua files?I've a low end card too.. I go often down to 12-17..Thanks.
  10. We should absolutely have a multi-role NATO fighter in the game.. That's the only thing missing.I really don't care how it's looks like externally.. F-15E,F-16,F-18 , F-22 (by the way story year is around 2013 why shouldn't we get the raptor?) we need an mfd AND a aa radar in the "same" cockpit..
  11. hi guys, I don't know what this is.. but it disables completely the heat blur whether it's on in the settings or not.. 1.0 disables it, the sub values ( 0.5,0.7,an even 0,9) enable it.By the way.The heat blur effect doesn't have any performance impact on my rig which i find really strange..FYI..
  12. There are somehow two F-16C's in MEINIT.xml.Check the human cockpit quotes put both to yes..Then it will work.At least that's what happened to me. Hope that helps.

Actually the "gun grey color" is quite easy.I do my own skins for years now-i never release them i don't know why- i used the color for F-15C and now for your model..I still could't find time to undertstand the mapping exactly an correcting the fonts on the skin but here is how i came up as WIP.May be that can help:
  14. Well that looks good no doubt.. But i would like to point actually few things in order to answer "my" questions in the head and at the same time -may be- give some user opinion.First of all, about the skins:They are actually quite good, so good as a starting point for new skins -actually a template would be the best option- but as color they are too light,or "hell" as you say in german.Actual F-15's are darker,close to gun grey.Your color make it look like used F-15D(F-15C with WSO) which is of course my opinion.Second thing is the animations:Stock model has the animated intakes which we can see clearly moving with the throttle..Yours doesn't..I see no animation of rudders.I don't know if just me, but brakes,canopy,gear and flap animations are quite good and i was little surprised to not see these two. I don't know if you didn't make them on purpose..Third thing:Not specific on your model mostly a general question.I see no afterburners, which i suppose removed because of the positioning.As i do not know anything about modelling now the question:Is it too hard to position the afterburners and the smoke coming out of the exhaust.. I am really curious about this because it works like charm on the 3GO SU-27 model. I must say i'm really lookin' forward to the evolution of this model.
