Yes but these tools are not open to everyone, as said by ED. Do they really exist?

huh, the community can make wanderful things like the Su-27 models, but can't do a cockpit... Is there a "downside"? Would you mind spelling it for us?

Well, I wish the cockpits were not so "hard coded". The open architecture would boost the community!

To ED: are you planning any way for the community to make new cockpits and/or customizing avionics? I think making it open to new cockpits would keep FC2 alive for much time (just look at F4 and ThirdWire sims).
