  2. All of my serial numbers are listed in Ticket #16732. You should be able to verify the serial number for the A-10C Warthog product and link it back up with all of the other products I have previously purchased. Not having the A-10C Warthog product linked to my other products is what is causing the issues I am having. I have a copy of the purchase information for the A-10C Warthog product should you need a copy sent to you. The transaction number is - TXNUZATE9ZIYCLAM1P - DATED 10-23-10. I did find a typo in ticket 16732 for the A-10C Warthog serial number. I closed ticket 16732 and opened another ticket with the corrected serial number in it. Thank You!

  5. The World I have already attempted this procedure a number of times without any success. At one time ED did a change and combined their servers if I remember correctly. When that happened, I could not see the A-10C product under the "Payment" area, also not when I was doing a new download from the download section where when you are logged in, the serial number is suppose to show at that location, which it doesn't. And now I have the additional issues of not being able to logon to the Multipllayer server (Invalid Serial Number) and I can not de-activate the A-10C product. So when you return, If you could please check out the open tickets, I would appreciate it. All Serial numbers, Hardware Code, etc., are listed in the open tickets listed in the previous post.   6. Hi EtherealN, Thank you for your replay. I currently have three tickets open (16571, 16578 & 16732) because my DCS A-10C Serial number is not being grouped with all of my other products and I can not get onto the Multiplayer Server. I get the "Invalid Serial Number". I think that if you look at the open tickets it is because my DCS A-10C serial number is not linked to my account along with all of my other products. I you could assist, I would greatly appreciate it!! spn

  8. Yes I do use mods from time to time. They will sometimes correct issues with new releases from ED.

  11. Installing the new patch without losing DEactivation? Does the "DCS-updater.exe" every 24 hours cause the user to lose activations and de-activation from their account's?
  12. Have you looked in Eagle Dynamics folder in the Start menu?? That is where I located the " UPDATE DCS WORLD" executable.
  13. AUTOUPDATE HAS STOPPED WORKING?? After trying for 2 hours to get the autoupdate.exe to work, it just went through and updated. Is there a differance with running "AUTOUPDATE.EXE" from the bin folder and "the UPDATE DCS WORLD" in the START menu?? Thanks for your help! spn
  14. I have attempted to run autoupdate.exe manually a few times. I ran with the .exe set as "administrator" and without "administrator".
  15. Does anyone know what version level we are currently suppose to be at? I think that my autoupdate has stopped working for me.   16. Yes I have tryed putting a 1 on my sign-n but that did not make a differance. I don't remember ever being able to locate my listing for the A-10C. I have both the activation code and the hardware code for the A-10C product if you want me to send it to you. My original number is TXNUZATE9ZIYCLAM1P. Please look at Ticket #16578!!!

  18. Trouble Ticket #16578 Yes, I have the Activation Code which I copied down when I first purched the A-10C product. But when I go and look under the payments section of the DCS A10-C web site and look under payments, All of my products show up which I have purhcased except for the A-10C. I attached the message I received when I was attempting to de-activate A-10C so I could re-install the latest release of DCS World. Not being able to de-activate A-10C and the product not showing up in the Payment area could possibly be related. spn
  19. The serial number for my DCS A-10C Warthog is not showing up in the "Payments" area for the A-10C Warthog web site. I am logged on when I am trying to locate it. All of my other products do show up without any problem. My Hardware Code is - L92B-RBJDLL-YJ8U76-T4NQEE-2568JD. I was trying to find it because I could not get DCS A-10C Warthog to "de-activate. I have added an attachment showing the message I received when I was try to do the de-activation. I lost 2 activations because of trying to get the de-activation to work.   20. I can tell that you have never been involved with programming. ED is doing what they can to get these issues resolved.
  21. Hey Viper, does this patch serve any purpose and if not, couldn't it just be removed from the patch area? I have seen a number of threads asking "What this is for".

  23. Under the Download/Patches, there is a patch for "World 1.2.1.0" to "World 1.2.1.1". Since DCS World was released at the World 1.2.0.(6) level for download, what is this patch for? This almost looks like an advanced upgrade. Thanks for the info
  24. So we can end this discussion, I have many other areas besides "My Saved Games" folder being backed up daily. This is not really an issue. It all comes down to how an individual wants to set up their systems that best suits their own needs. If it works for them, then that's all that matters. Right?
  25. Once this is set up, you do not have to step down through multiple folders. After establishing the initial path when you first open "Mission Editor" or "Missions" folder, it will default to these locations.
