If i have to use gun, and am not in a position to lock, I just hit back space and then slect cannon.

Rarely, when my wingie has killed a target I had a target locked, i was able to lock on the tank next in the column and hit it.

I would live one of these.

Well, You wouldn't want to attract "accidental" friendly-fire from female members of the squadron. but there is a guy in my dads boat club who's son flew an A-10 with a girl on it named thunder kiss. i will see if I can get a copy of the photo.

Even thought the gun is off center, the barrel that fires is on center.

In control settings you can assign keys to move eye point, for me they are control up arrow for up, control down for down, control left for left, control right for right, shift up for forward, shift down for back.

If there is a target point for enemy positions select that one, and the shval will aim to that point when it's turned on. as o if it's a defensive mission, the ones moving are unfrendly, and the not moving ones are friendly, and vise versa.

How about a better parachute flight model and a hand gun?

also if you hit the (' ")key it brings up a screen saying what percentage of mission complete. i am always accidentally hitting when using the shval.

just saying the AC-130 is a gun ship (i would still want one) the C-130 is the transport it's derived from.

There are two things I messed up which I would like advice for future instances. Firstly there was a mission where there were several MRL's harassing our command posts from far behind there lines, what are good ways of getting in to a target area in unfriendly airspace with out getting splashed by sam/gun emplacements? Secondly, if you are out of Vikhrs how should one safely approach and destroy with un-guided rockets/cannon tanks such as the T-70 etc?

It's odd, they haven't been so stupid for me, in the Georgian Oil War campaign my wingman has be only shot down once. In the last mission though, I returned with my hydraulics shot out, and no autopilots, my no.2 with no nose gear ad almost all access hatches gone, and no.3 was missing a wing. Is there a way to drop the gear manually?

any advice on locking up other helo's with the shval? i was just shot down by a hind's gunner because i couldn't lock on him.
