  4. Thanks for the answers :) I think the key here is the range: it's ok to attack something that can't shoot back. What About S-300s that has at least double the range of the HARMS? It seems that long range SAMs will always win because the AI SEAD will jettison stores at the first sight of danger and never get close enough to deal damage? The best I have seen against s-300s is a single HARM fired. Any strategies (except for b52 and cruise missiles, they don't work for me either)?
  5. I tried to setup TS an Vent on my webhost, heh. No running processes allowed, unfortunately. Anyone got a rig available? this is nice and free until we get cracking proper: 72.55.159.53:9988 - though I feel we wont be able to lift off until we have a place to meet and talk.

  7. I set up my F16/F18s from 200 clicks out. AGM88 range is 148. I have marked an area for SEAD containing 4 radars. AI is set to excellent but completely ignores the radar and afterburns into the danger zone and gets killed. Each plane armed w/ 4 AGM88s. :helpsmilie:
  8. It seems the AI is completely unable to take off from ramp (at least with a GAI task (which is also broken)) - it all ends up in one big traffic jam where the ai are running into eachother, blocking the way and generally acting like newly slaughtered chickens. :helpsmilie:

  12. Yes, GAI task planes are supposed to sit on runway on alert and take off when EW or AWACS sees incoming A/C. When there's no enemy at all, GAI planes should have no reason to take off but they still do.
  13. Cool. What about *any* unit from coalition. It could be a very, very long list of units.... Weird we dont have a 'coalition' selector as well as 'unit' selectors. But good fun the scripting is too.

  22. ok, good explanation, thank you. Would it perhaps make more sense to set a default value, according to the example given, at 3% and let percentages be percentages and make the whole thing a bit more logical?
  23. That is insanely cool. I would love to do work on those textures, right up my alley! Would look cool on a choppers as well (even though I don't like flying those unstable buckets - just because I suck so badly at it :) ) Ok, my vote is on the Virtual Scandinavian Tigers... schhhh.... tigers dont live up north? :D
