Hello again. Of what i've tested here: With and without air defences, TU or B1 or B2 doesn't behave the same, so i can see that not all types act/react the same. Cruise missiles were fired from long and short distance, but with bombs, they didn't do the same and most of the times: differenty. What if there is a group of 4 ? The bombing doesn't happens from all units at once. The first is bombing and the rest are follow. Thank you. PS: I will test with other formations and distance and i'll report back.

Hello and thank you for your replies. Agree. If we read the thread that this was reported. I am away from my gear but i have the modified lua files. I've noticed a "random behaviour" of the integrity icon. First time in servers list is green, if i go back again is red, next time is green again. Crazy things! Maybe a wish to exclude the Cockpit\Scripts\Displays directory from the integrity check, will solve the problem for ever. EDIT: Wish added. Thank you.

Hello scoobie Thank you for in depth analysis. Awesome and gongrats for your project. I've use your instructions in past to free the reserved (grayed) slots of "Special for Joystick" category. What i see here, is that BS3 is not something new but an extension of BS2. Besides Igla addition, seems that nothing have changed since BS2 or BS1. Off course i will give some time for improovements to the devs, but for now there is nothing new. And as for other areas of DCS (monitors, temps etc) sadly, i have to manually programming copy paste overwrite my custom fixes. Thank you.

Hello. Personaly, i am just scripting DCS missions just for my part and my own fun. I like it and i am spending too much time with it by learning and materilize my own scenarios to missions just for me and my friends. But i've often read too many threads with complaints from persons that they have dedicated DCS servers and suddenly found themselves with mulfunctions out of the blue. Well, i think it will be propper and somehow polite whenever you are changing/updating something in the scripting core of DCS, keep in mind that there are many people out there that deserve from you to have at least a related simpe text of a changelog. A simple thing, in return for their support to ED/DCS. Thank you. Added: The information of the fixes without a short description or a link to the reported thread that the fix came from, is not there. As in this example in the MMonitor section.

Don't bother with Scrats my friend. They easily commenting others but never in a mirror. Someone that can read, is capabe to search for your undo wish, and he can get the Medal of Honour as a price for his discovery I've asked for the same here. Am i allowed or not ? (Irony)

Hello. Availability to use HOTAS pontesiometers for brightnes/contrast and any other similar type functions, instead to waste precious buttons for knob-type functions. Thank you. EDIT: This thread was moved from wish list by the forum moderator here. If HOTAS knobs can be used for these functions, i fully understand. But if not, this thread in this category, it doesn't make any sence. Anyways, i rely my trust to Moderator. Thank you.

Thank you all for your replies. For my part, is "keybinds-waste" to spend 2 buttons for a pontesiometer type from the time that my x-56 has 2 pontesiometers that i am using for all of my modules. And once i can use the x-56 3 modes, with a modifier to each one i can save 24 precious buttons for other functions. Yes, i can use lua & editor to do this mnually, but i was expecting BS3 to save us from al this trouble. Maybe as a wish list addition devs will add it. Thank you.

Thank you for your replies. I am uploading a test-miz of the subject. Having in mind that these vehicles will be transfered there with hellis, there is no FARP. The vehicles types are correct, but there is no reply from the ground crew. Open door, full shutdown, switch to crew etc, no responce. Works only if i add an invisible FARP, which is not on this scenario. There is a GR video for Viggen that i've tried to follow but i don't know if this is module rellated matter. Thank you. Further on, what about the APC? There is no APC anymore, hense no "copy" reply from the ground crew. I have placed all the required vehicles (as before 2.8) for rearm/refuell/repairs but it doesn't work. It does work, only if i place an invisible FARP. Something wrong with comms i think. Which vehicles are required without farp existance ? Thank you.

Hello again. Thank you my friend, from the time that you find it usefull i am glad too. What you are looking for, can be done. But, as i am away from my gear now, i can't test and guarantee that my script will be a ready-2-work for you. Give me some time to setup and send you script & instructions and i will be with you in this step-by-step. Once you are not comfortable with the programming part, i am glad to instruct you: even through discord video stream, if you like. I will come back once i will have a basic script for you. Till then, fly the mission and enjoy. Thank you. PS: I am chopper too. EDIT: Before you do anything read to understand the steps: Close DCS. Open a window of your DCS directory pointing at: "C:\ DCS World Openbeta \ Config \ MonitorSetup" Copy/Paste the file "ADHS_2nd_Monitor.lua" in there. Run DCS. Go to OPTIONS/SYSTEM. From "Monitors*" field, choose "ADHS_2nd_Monitor". Un-tick the "Full Screen *". Press OK. DCS will restart. Once load again, DCS should appear in your 2nd monitor. If doesn't work, you can just switch back to 1 Screen preset. Let me know if worked or not. ADHS_2nd_Monitor.lua

Hello. I've just bought it but as i am away i can't check the controls. With BS2 i had to create external hotas profiles (x56, bands) to be able to use the knobs for altering: brightness and contrast. Can you tell me if BS3 let you to assign them ? Thank you.

Hello again. (Thank you for your kind words) Please confirm, just to make sure that: You want DCS in monitor number 2, All of your monitors are 1920 x 1080 resolution, Which preset are you using ? (name of: MENU -> OPTIONS -> SYSTEM-> Monitors* field) Do you have "Full Screen View" enable or disable ? I will send you the mission today sometime. Thank you. EDIT: As promissed, here is the mission. Rotary-1 is the solo and i've added Rotary-2 for multi-crew. PS: I can't test it as i am away from my gear, but as i remember the FOV settings for HUEY are non real. Something like 100 or 120. For KA-50 and AH-64D i am using 73. ADHS_Solo-Flight.miz

Hello. 1. Indeed there is a DCS preference as for the 1st monitor. Can you write/upload: all of your monitors resolutions the order of the connections (a screenshot of windows monitors display with all monitors + numbers) a drawing of your monitors placement. 2. If you can't create one, i can send you a mission just with HUEY. Are you gonna use others (multicrew) or you will fly solo ? Thank you.

Hello. It will be practical and more designers-side friendly if there will be an option to save many STATICS as a group or similar type of collection to use in any map. Sure there is the LOAD/SAVE STATIC TEMPLATE option that can do part of what i suggest. But this type of saving is not related to COALITION or COUNTRY (as the other types of vehicle/plane/heli) templates and the most important: is map dependant. In this example, i manually added these under the Cyprus country. But i had to alter their dx & dy so to take their proper distance without overlaping at 0. They do act as a normal type of group. Further, i can get it from *.stm file and then alter dx & dy, but all this has to be done manually. Thank you.
