  1. Combined HMCS Montréal and USS Constitution training in heavy seas : sky clear, surface wind 35 kts... Some tight turns at full speed (30 kts) with bank angles approaching 45 °.... Thanks Admiral for your superb Mods !...
  2. Hmmm... Very interesting carrier ! That huge sixties 3D radar looks great. Is it a downloadable Mod ? Thanks, Fly low...
  3. Hi, Will the version 003 of the new Rafale pack be only for the 2.7 version of DCS ? Thanks for your super Mod. Fly low...
  4. HI, I have the same question : is the LNG tanker seen on the left of the last screenshot available somewhere ? It's a very interesting ship indeed for DCS. And a realistic addition to the usual oil tankers... Thanks, Fly low...
  5. Successfull AI landing of a NH90 helicopter on the Aquitaine frigate flight deck in bad weather... Helicopter by Damientrix and Aquitaine frigate by Admiral189. Many thanks to them ! These two screens were previously published on Admiral189's thread in April 2021.
Fly low...
  7. Screwed night trap.... The pilot ejected safely.
Emergency night trap following some "unfriendly" meeting with Su-33....
  9. Excellent Admiral ! This can open new tactics for carrier groups and their airborne escort. Thank you.
  10. That's indeed the main gap in DCS, considering the amazing aircraft, ships and land units available, with their outstanding weaponary and systems. IMHO, we have currently one of the best DCS software available for complex campains on various theaters. So, let's imagine adding the currently lacking sub power and tactics....
  11. I totally agree, there is currently no ASW platform at all, sadly. Indeed ASW helos and P-3 Orion would be needed, as well as the missing Breguet Atlantic 2 European aircraft. Not forgetting torpedoes decoy systems onboard the ships.....
Bravo Sushy ! Magnifique.
  13. Clearly, nuclear attack subs are a major threat to carrier groups and SSBN. Considering the number of available carriers in DCS, it would probably be quite realistic to have the counter parts under water. Though I agree that this needs correct torpedoes and ASW weapons to be modeled.
  14. I fully agree concerning the escort ships and the subs... Also, ASW seems seriously lacking in DCS.
Fly low.... Toan
  16. Awesome liveries Sushy ! Will they be available with the next Rafale release ? Fly low... Fly low...
  17. Hi All, I like sunsets too... Here is an AI refueling for a Rafale M returning to the Charles de Gaulle carrier for a night trap, after a CAP to protect the carrier group. The Rafale Nounou tanker was orbiting near the carrier. These are both AI aircraft, programmed using the powerful MOOSE mission scripting software, using the last DCS 2.5.6 stable release. The Rafale M, being low on fuel at the end of its CAP, was automatically diverted to the Rafale Nounou tanker, whatever their respective positions, before landing safely on the carrier, thanks to a MOOSE script. Many thanks to the Cuesta Bros and to the MOOSE developers for their amazing work. Fly low...
  18. Of course, the correct word in French should be also "cone". The French statement and its translation, which I thought was automatic, give here bizarre explanations to the otherwise nice picture..... Fly low.
  19. I see... I currently have static helos on other Admiral's ships, e.g., the San Antonio, the Oak Hill, and the Duncan, with no levitation problem... However, I have these problems with the USS Kidd, where static helos stay several meters above the flight deck. Also with the USNS Patuxent, where static helos stay approx. one meter below. Let's investigate further to get a solution. Fly low...
  20. Ok, I didn't get the point concerning static objects, sorry. Toan
