2.5.1 AI wingmen will not takeoff from Krasnodar centre. Lead aircraft takes off as normal, but his 2 wingmen will stall coming out of the barns. This same mission flown in 1.58 works normally so its a 2.5 issue.

similar rollout conflicts for me in Krasnodar-Center

 

In this situation I have problems with all of the tried Flankers and Su-25T AIs.

F-5E-3, A-10A, F-15C, MiG-29A, Su-25A not produced my "shy leader deny of takeoff" bug.

In the attached sample mission please check out LATE ACTIVATED for only 1 group at a time.

(There are 5 group of 3 planes. shelter ORDER: 36,37,38: Su34*3...)

I was able to fix this by changing 3 aircraft in the flight to 2...so it was an avoidance between the two ai wingmen in relation to each other coming out of the barn it seems.

attached workaround all 5*3 is able to takeoff

 

Reducing the number of the aircraft is not count fix for me.

You can use 3 A/C per group by reallocating the parking positions until AI become smarter.

From the first 2.5 we can see the parking spot numbers in an enough good zoom to airfield.

In Normandy theater DCSW 2.5.1 Wingmen will eventually take off but at 3.5 minute intervals after human flight lead. So it takes over 10 minutes to get a flight of 4 in the air.
