I need a solution for the TGP flat building bug. As you can see in the photos the house start growing when is near 2-3 nm.

DMS aft when your TGP is SOI?

 

I'm talking about the buildings disappearing in A-10 TGP, they pop out when you are 2-3 miles close. I wanna know if I can edit some .lua files to mitigate the bug...

It's still a mistake. It shouldn't be dependent upon your computer's draw distance setting at all. A real TGP would not do this. It should be a simple math fix for the TGP.

The Hornet is best at killing things on the ground. Now, if we could just get a GAU-8 in the nose next to the AN/APG-65, a titanium tub around the pilot, and a couple of J-58 engines in the tail...

Agreed. Maybe it will change later, who knows. Still an alpha version. A lot easier to spot targets this way :D

So..

 

This is how buildings are rendered now in Nevada, too close.

 

I understand this is your opinion though, right? What I mean is this should still be considered a "need to fix" - irrelevant if intended rendering technique or (un)intended bug. This is just wrong. Could somebody from ED shed some light, please?

This above shows me closing in on a target right next to the active runway at Groom Lake AFB - I can see my targets but where did the air base go? I know it is the top secret base but it being invisible is just too much :)

No, is not my opinion. Is a fact.

 

Now in DCS 2.1 buildings, trees, etc are rendering much more closer than in 1.5. This is a fact.

 

If this is intended because perfomance, a bug or anything else i dont know.
