Yeah SA placeholder would certainly turn to a real display in the Hornet.

Not a lot fortunately. Mostly how to use it and some features. But the real question is how much of it will we be getting. Some of the pavers are redacted.

We'll find out eventually but throwing up a super hornet reference from some kid's senior thesis at UT and saying this is what's up is bad gouge.

 

No idea how reliable that thesis is (though that 'kid' was a 32 year old Super Hornet test pilot when that thesis was written), but there's another simulation out there of a low-lot Super Hornet with the APG-73 like we've got and the avionics we've got in-game are an exact match for the avionics of that Super Hornet so far. There really does not seem to be any difference between the DDI pages on the two different planes.

 

I think it's fairly safe to say that the page will look something like this, and it'll show a) waypoints b) your designated ground target c) aircraft your radar has spotted and d) aircraft that have been sent to you via datalink. Any other stuff is just a bonus, but even that core functionality will be a huge deal.
