So, after Luthier doesn't respond for TWO WEEKS to his supporters in spite of his promisse he will do it TWICE A WEEK, and I ask in proper forum "what's goin' on" yopu call this "C(S)hit Chat?

For example, if you want to inquire about updates, you can do something like this:

"Hey, it's been a while since we got some updates. Is something up? Any ETA on progress updates?"
