Could we have the threat and detection zones colour coded and made visible/invisible in the mission editor like how they are in the F10 view.

If we could have colours for the circles depending on what weapon it is would be useful when it comes to ships that have multiple systems, eg SAM's antiship missiles and cannons.

It would aid making missions a lot to be able to easily see what range each circle represents.

Would be also cool if there was an option to enable a dotted line or dashed line vectored from the weapon to the parent who launched it, ... in some cases it would be clutter with all those lines bit it could be sort of useful, ofcourse, and the color would be different.

However the color would mess with faction color, maybe doing a stroke around it or something, some kind of an indication, while preserving the faction color.

Also, it would be nice if the firing range circles of, for instance, the SA-10 were reduced from ~120km to the ~50km the 5V55 missile can actually go. Obviously, I'd want this for all systems that have drastically different range circles and actual missile ranges.

Is this still not possible? Like it is in F10 map? Can't find it anywhere, and it still makes eyes roll around when there is a lot of samsites and thereby yellow and red circles overlapping...

I've posted this before but I would like the threat and detection zones to grow and shrink when you select an aircraft, based on the type and altitude.
