Two O/B update ago this started to appear. I thought I should wait until update for a fix that did not come. The problem appears only in O/B stable is ok. One screen shot is from S/C cold start, and the other is of self made mission. Both O/B and stable setting are the same.

I fly in VR and it´s very noticeable :/

Someone pulled the plug in the bottom of the gulf. What you are seeing is the water draining out.

 

The important question is if the water is spinning the right way for a northern hemisphere drain.
