Activation help

Purchased and downloaded FC2 today, but did not get an activation code. I was given a unique transaction code and it stated "paid". Any where else to look for a activation code? I can provide the unique transaction number if required. Help please!

And it should be in the email you get after the purchase too.

It seems to be missing from the email, and it is missing from the webpage if though I am logged in. Strange...

Check "my purchases".There you'll have your serial. If your transaction was not done it will also say failed.

I have the same problem :(. Confirmed purchase / Everything says ok under my purchases. But no key in E-mail or on website?

It says status paid. It lists the transaction id as well. Maybe because it is the weekend?

i hope so! i've emailed both support accounts onne of them isn't even avaialable :/.

I hope so aswell. Bought today, but I can´t see the serial in any part of the site... download, account info, payment etc.

Anyway, I sent an e-mail to them to check that...

Add another one. Just bought it about an hour ago (FC2) and was all excited. :(

I take comfort in the fact that it's not working for anyone though. That means it should be taken care of ASAP. Hopefully.

I don't understand how it can be a problem on the weekend though, as the e-mail seemed very generic/automatic. So how it can miss the activation key out I don't know???

Nope...you can´t see the serial in any part of the site and I didn´t received the serial in my e-mail, only the e-mail with the payment check...

:(

While I feel your pain, try and understand that it is a Sunday afternoon. No doubt a glitch that will be troubleshooted as soon as possible by the powers-that-be that are enjoying a Sunday off, in all probability the only day of the week they can truly relax.

Patience will no doubt see the problem sorted as soon as possible. As far as I am aware it's also the first time this error has occured. Foreseeable? Probably not.
