Hi guys, I'm new here. I started to fly the F-18C just a few months ago. I noticed a terrible lack of power when using the speedbrake. Compared to reality this speedbrake is almost non existing. In real F-18 fliying, touching the speedbrake at 400 kts is like braking a F1 race car. If you are not firmly strapped down you can smash your face against the instrument panel. That's the thing which impressed me more during my first fly in 1998 (a twin seater in the Spanish Air Force). Opening fully the speedbrake in DCS generates almost no negative g's (on the HUD). On top of that, deceleration is too slow compared to reality that make me thing about a problem in the mathematical model. Does anyone noticed this or is it just my lack of experience in DCS? A suggestion/request for smoother hand over of control between pilot and CPG, is to have both set of controls combined additively to the aircraft motion. So that handing over controls is a case of the previous pilot flying slowly easing the controls to the neutral position and the next pilot flying taking more and more of the control input that is being removed. Basically at all times: Aircraft Pitch = CPG Pitch + PLT Pitch Aircraft Roll = CPG Roll + PLT Roll Aircraft Yaw = CPG Yaw + PLT Yaw Aircraft Collective = CPG Collective + PLT Collective

Reluctantly I am selling my complete cockpit which I would prefer to sell as a complete kit maybe to someone who is just starting out in DCS. Due to the amount of stuff you are going to need to be UK based and able to come and pick it all up. I have kept most of the original boxes for the controls so they can be easily transported safely. I have been using everything up to just before Christmas, everything works and there are controls for both rotary and fixed wing if you like flying both. This has given me a number of years of great fun but I just don't use it as much as I did and it deserves to go to a new home. Hello, According to manual (both Baltic Dragon's one and real flight manual) speed brake switch should stay in selected position, and speed brake should stop raising or retraction in middle (hold) position. In DCS F15E when using HOTAS binds "speed brake step aft" and "speed brake step fwd" it's not possible to put switch to HOLD position. It's only possible if I had a 3-position switch irl and then using speed brake AFT and speed brake FWD binds.

My F15E is very unstable in the air, any small stick Input and the jet goes nuts, elevator ossolating, yawing, very easy to wing bend and over G, the stability with wing bend is worse than normal, my CAS is obviously on, my stick is properly tuned, cannot fly straight whatsoever, pretty bad flight model bug anyone else have this problem because some people in the server I play on are also complaining of the same issue 4YA_Aerobatics_Online_Caucasus_Beta_V2.40_[01_SUNRISE]-20230724-143239.trk
