If I am not mistaken, you have both of them in the HUD, the barometric being in the middle right (opposite to speed), while the Radar a bit lower in the bottom - right part of the screen (just above the waypoint information) - with a letter "R" before it (it only works up to 5000 feet if I am not wrong).

 

Also, when you set the IFFCC to "Test", you have an option in the menu under "DISPLAY MODES" to change it - just turn the RDRALT TAPE on, this will give you a special tape with radar altitude on the right side of your HUD.

 

Finally, there is Radar Altimeter in LASTE Control Panel (next to autopilot), though I believe this one does not work for HUD, but only for GCAS purposes.

Above 5000ft, the display changes to XXXXR.
