Campaign Kudos

Just wanted to stop by to pass on my thanks for the utterly fantastic UH-1H campaign. I'm probably about 10 missions in and I've just completed the emergency airlift out of Kutaisi. The entire campaign to date has been an absolute blast. Lots of variety, lots of creativity and a whole ton of fun!

 

Thanks for such a fantastic product and all of the love and attention you've clearly put into it, guys! :thumbup:

Ha! No, I was referring to the UN campaign. "Kudos" just means "praise".

 

Sorry if I caused any confusion. :)

I've had my share of frustration in some of the campaign missions, usually when close formation with AI flights was required. But during my first playthrough, the campaign was modified to allow for more distance to the AI units. It didn't really solve the problem but was a good workaround.

 

But overall, the UN Pilot campaign just totally rocks, I've had lots of fun flying it. The stories were very well thought out, voice acting was really good and I especially liked the idea that the entire campaign is based at one location so that you get to know the area just like a real pilot would. In the valley around Kutaisi, I hardly need any navigation instruments any more, mostly because of this campaign. :)

 

I'm currently 12 missions into the Mi-8 campaign and for now it's very much like the UH-1H campaign, yet another very good job.

 

So, yeah, kudos to BST! :)

Yay! Just finished the Huey campaign and all I have to say is Thank You Belsimtek!

I'm a SP player and quality of the campaign affects how much I enjoy a module a lot... And this one was great.

 

Loved the setting, loved the missions, loved the variety and I especially LOVED the pacing. I was able to jump in just after few hours of basic flying (when my landings looked more like an epileptic seizure :D ) and because of the well done pacing I haven't felt even once that I've hit a brick wall and that I have to do some more training in custom missions. :)
