I dont know if I have become crazy, but I have always adjusted FOV in View.lua (per aircraft)

Now in 1.2.8 beta the relevant lines seem to have disappeared?

(I always need to readjust FOV at every patch since I have Th2Go and I need to set every AC's FOV to much more than default.)

Anyone know where did it go?

thanks a lot!!

Adjust it in-game. When you are in the cockpit, set your view up the way you like it and then press R-Alt Numpad 0. This will save the view as your default and you shouldn't have to set it again.

Thanks, I had read about that, but I cannot move back, I want to gain more FOV, any hint as to where to set this param as before?

Are you using TrackIR? I've noticed with the Su-25T, you can't adjust the FOV (the / and * numpad keys) with TrackIR unpaused. If you pause TrackIR, then you can change the FOV. This seems to behave differently than the other modules where you can change the FOV even with TrackIR unpaused.

What I do is this

Change your trackIR_Z axis from Zoom view to Cockpit camera move forward/backward then the numpad / and * keys can be used again in cockpit to adjust your head position.

Perfect, thanks!

So, JEFX, if you do what BIGNEWY says, you should be able to adjust your FOV in the cockpit and then save it as your default using R-Alt Numpad 0. I would pause TrackIR when doing it just to make sure your default view is perfectly centered.

Same, i disliked the default FOV in the new 25T pit (too far back for my liking) so i changed line 1326 to:

viewAngle = 75.000000,--FOV
