Hey,

I had not played A10C in awhile but have been getting back into it recently after playing a lot of Huey.

I have noticed that my missile launch warning does not happen now, nor do I have the constant blips of friendly/enemy radar on my circular radar in the front left of my pilot. (sorry for horrific terminology).

Do I have it somehow disabled/turned off?

Normally I would get a loud series of warning bleeps from friendly/enemy 'rifle'. Now I just get randomly blown out of the sky :)

Cheers.

Don't take this the wrong way, but in the absence of a track, how is anybody supposed to know? :)

Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two.

Come let's eat grandpa!

Not taken in the wrong way at all :)

I am at work at present but will try get a track up tomorrow morning before work. Please do not judge, I will literally take off, fly directly towards a known SAM area and get blown out of the sky without warning.

I really think I just do not have it turned on somehow....

Thanks in advance!

You might want to go over the startup checklist again, just to make sure you have everything on... Who knows what else you missed

I have found that if you start on the runway you have to make sure the countermeasures and TGP get turned on. Also look at your weapons profiles, paveways need their autolase and lase time configured too as well as Mav EO.

Thanks for the help guys!

Tried it again this morning before work and that is where I was failing (turning the bloody thing on!).

At least now I get an audio warning and a good 20 seconds to say my prayers before exploding.
