For those of you who completed Operation Thunderclap and enjoyed the challenge of flying against the all-female Jagdgeschwader 174 “Kreuzberg", another campaign, this time featuring the Su-27 is almost ready. I got some quite good feedback off the last one so this time I’m trying to figure out some way of offering a small cash prize for the first person to complete it – any thoughts on financial award for LOMAC fans from the developers?

The new mission was built in v1.11. I’ve just patched up to v1.12a for my next effort which will be for the A-10 players.

what does it matter if there are female virtual pilots or not?

It's not like your going to fly your jet up to her and ask for a good time.

Thanks,

Brett

While this is a funny thing to say, its hard and dangerous way of dating. I never trusted blind datings, you never know what youll get and then you cant just "eject" outa there when you regret it. I had a friend of mine with whom a girl fell in love with throght the net, but she always left him hanging waiting whenever they arranged a date. I observed too many events like this over the years and still preffer real world meetings. Now, casualy meeting a girl in a SIm event IMHO is OK because then you can persieve a persons real personality instead of a superficial (often wrong) impression through the net.

just too damn funny.

I can see it now.. ..

rugbutt : "hey baby.. what's your number?"

Female : "R-27E"

OR

rugbutt : "Hey baby... what's your sign?"

Female : "It's on the side of the plane... now go away..."

at this point.. you should run away .... very fast....

Thanks,

Brett

Good points Pilotasso, but its still good to meet a female or two who plays LOMAC or other combat flight sims. That's one of those relationship-killers you can immediately get out of the way. ;) I have promised myself recently that dates involving, first, guns, then, reptiles, are going to be the first and second dates I go on in the future. That way, nobody's time is wasted, and nobody's feelings get hurt. I'm currently hitting it off with a good-looking, nice young lady who likes both guns and reptiles...I haven't yet sold her on flight sims, but I'm working on it. :D

I did meet and related well with women online, but then thats no dating, so its important to know when not to be illuded otherwhise.
