DCS SweetFX settings base - share your settigns!

Already set the #define USE_SPLITSCREEN to 0 but still have a split screen in game. How can I solve this?

Yes, I can make it now. Thanks again. Anyway I'm trying to edit the parameter to reduce the over exposure on the horizon line. Any advice will be very much appreciated.

This isn't my work in any way, but I wanted to share a new ReShade/SweetFX config that I've been using and really like a lot. It was developed by a guy for Fallout4; I liked it so much in that game that I decided to try it in DCS, and I think it looks great. All you have to do is unzip his file into your /bin/ directory, and toggle with ScrollLock. In 1.5, it does drop my FPS by about 10%, but given that I'm generally getting 80-90 FPS anyway, it's tolerable.

Can someone please help me ?

 

Sweetfx's effects not right on dcs, sky is always dark but its daytime and sun is shining.

 

and even if i disable Sweetfx during gameplay i notice a difference but sky image remains bad

 

I've tried several settings from this thread and problem remains with everyone I tried

 

Is there anything I have to enable or disable in Nvidia CP or DCS 's graphics ?

Graphics card is gtx980

I think you have the wrong version SweetFx installed. SweetFX 1.5 not work with DCS 1.5/2.0. Remove that installation and if you want install "Reshade 1.1.0 with SweetFX 2.0".

 

Find all these SweetFX files and folder in DCS/bin folder as on picture and delete it:

After that you can install "Reshade 1.1.0 with SweetFX 2.0" and all will be ok.

Thank you very much, actually I had downloaded Reshade with sweet fx yesterday but did not try it, will do so today

 

I installed sweetfx with JSGME, do I still have to manually remove those files ?

 

Speaking of which can you please tell me, whenever I install and remove any mod with JSGME, does it restore the previous settings back ?
