AegisFX Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 I've been searching using google and I've tried looking through this forum's search feature but I don't finding the right keywords to find this mod. google's mostly showing things about extensions. I'm not sure if I should, but I intend to use it center-mounted with pvc on my desk chair, and I think having it twisted a bit would be more comfortable. Ktulu2 Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 I'm not shure of what you want, You want to med the stick by twisting the handle and de-centering it? I do DCS videos on youtube : https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAs8VxtXRJHZLnKS4mKunnQ?view_as=public
Sarge55 Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 I haven't done it but I believe you can physically offset the stick say 15 degrees and you can use TARGET to adjust the software to accommodate the angle. Thick8 Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 I extended my stick a little and was able to install it with a little twist to the right. I used the Gardena fitting, 3' keyboard extender cable, 6" of 3/4" PVC, a couple of 3/4" 45 deg fittings, and a 3/4' coupler. total cost was under $20 and it took about 2 hours to make. Very quick and simple project. The added length makes refueling almost effortless.
