DCS World map pic extracted?

Do we have any way to extract the full DCS: World map into a editable file so I can put into my Ipad and write over it?

I think, I have seen something like this already. Someone pasted all the map tiles of the A-10C TAD together.

 

And there is a Georgia map that looks like the mission editor map - over 50 MB in size, I think. Also Lino_Germany used this map to add NAV data to it (ADF beacons, ILS freq., etc.)

 

Just browse the user files for it.
