Can't turn ON SAU (not sure why)

Sometimes i can't turn on SAU recovery, simply i can't click on the button. Here is my track from Virtual Aerobatics server. My PC performance in this module is not so great so pls be patient and if you notice what is wrong with my setting pls tell me. :helpsmilie:

 

BTW oxygen supply ran out after about 20 minutes :lol: (someone already report this so this is not BUG report)

Yeah, I have the same problem. Sometimes SAU recovery works fine, then suddenly it doesn't. I'm probably overlooking something simple but I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

 

Latest example: I do the bombing training mission. Engage SAU recovery, working fine. Then I disengage SAU, bomb a target, recover from the dive, level and want to re-engage SAU-> no dice.

I tried both. I also have mapped the function to my Warthog. I can see the button working in the cockpit, it's just that SAU doesn't engage.

I am trying to click it. Even in this track you can see that after take-off you can not click it. But disable button works ok

Ok it happened to me more than one. Due to me unknown reason SAU recovery button on the stick can't be pushed by a mouse click but keybord command works ok even in this situation. Any more cases?

I have noticed that sometimes you cannot push the recovery button, or press the center tank jettison. You can't click them on the control stick, but the keyboard commands still work

Recovery always work for me, i use it all the time. but i can't get attitude hold to work.

Have encountered this too but only once so far, sadly I cannot remember the events that led up to it but the both the cockpit button on the stick and my bind on my hotas became inoperable on that occasion.

Sometimes Trim or Autopilot system malfunctioned cause lost control of airplane.

For me, the SAU usually works but sometimes -by some kind of chain of events- it won't turn on again after being switched off. It's like, take-off->level flight->engage SAU->disengage SAU and do some "stuff"->SAU won't work again. Haven't tried the keyboard command yet, I usually use the cockpit switches. Haven't played around with the attitude hold yet though.

If you put the recovery function to your joystick it will always work. So far it has never failed for me that way. It seems the mouse clickable function for the recovery button disappears sometimes.
