Revan Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 The only combat server I ever play on is the 104th, no other server seems to be as full. DCS: F-4E really needs to be a thing!!!!!! Aircraft: A-10C, Ka-50, UH-1H, MiG-21, F-15C, Su-27, MiG-29, A-10A, Su-25, Su-25T, TF-51
Ktulu2 Posted September 27, 2014 Author Posted September 27, 2014 @ Revan : True, and to me, there is no better way to learn your awardness than playing were the RWR is going crazy. But learning mens that at one point you didn't knew, and thats what creates funny situations like this! Nascar Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 Noob at Multiplayer question. They mix aircraft in multiplayer? How do you IFF in an Su27 if you don't have an Awacs datalink to the Head Down Display? The Russian aircraft don't have the X when locking on to a target. Ktulu2 Posted September 27, 2014 Author Posted September 27, 2014 1st, the 2 guys that didnt care about me were in F15s, so they have no escuse. Now, I hardly ever play in USSR planes, but from what I remember, you do see it in the Radar (were you'd see the datalink) and you see it before locking someone on the hud. How do you IFF in an Su27 if you don't have an Awacs datalink to the Head Down Display? The Russian aircraft don't have the X when locking on to a target. They get an F for Friendly on the lower left side of HUD instead, when identifying with radar. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
