Well, you all know my opinion on the devil, I just hope whoever is suing ooobee, wins and makes ooobee change its mind on using SF.

 

AS if this game has SF, i am gonna be devestated.

I'm definitely an advocate of a simple, one-time, post-install license activation. It keeps intrusive monitoring software off your computer, but also guarantees that nobody can violate the EULA.

 

BTW...why is Scotsman at 80%? :mad: He's a good guy...please look at his overall record of contribution to our community before taking steps to ban him.

ahk, its just one of the videos has a ubi startup screen, and i thought that with the ubi sign plastered all over it, that it was being controlled by the puppet masters :p

 

whoever is gonna release it, it is gonna be a magic game, it just looks lubbly jubbly.

 

roll on dx10 video cards :)

 

and then we wait another 4 years to max that game out, probably the same with the original farcry, which i still cant max out to this day, any more than 4aa = slideshow.

That won't be released as an UBI product. I can't tell you more right now though for legal reasons. Seriously.

 

I believe that this is based on the new Crytek Engine.

 

You can download a movie called crytek_gdc_video_2006.wmv (look for it on the Internet using Google).

What I'm looking in military oriented shooters is realism of weapons. I'm bored with those uber AK-47 with shells flying on the left side and rambo style shooting.

Starforce is apeice of crap software that creates headaches. One of the great things about being an american is you have options to pursue crappy people and their producs. So foreigners wipeddaling crap in America beware. As for any settlement that is reached whether they pay money or correct what is wrong serves the purpose to fix what they refuse to fix voluntarily. The judges of the 9th circuit court of appeals are not a@#holes. You are because you probably know nothing about the law in American and the independence of our jusdges and courts.
