104th_Crow Posted April 14, 2006 Author Posted April 14, 2006 the fact that I have just spent more money in one minute than I have all month un-nerves me. I'm not used to spending this much money at one time. Service Before Self Fedeltier (Fuselier Forever) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Pilotasso Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 I know exactly what you mean. You feel guilty for expending that much. If you need the new PC that much, that sense will pass in the comming days and youll enjoy what you have bought. Cheers! .
ED Team Groove Posted April 14, 2006 ED Team Posted April 14, 2006 I bought a system for 2000 Euro in December. I also first thought im crazy but then when you realise how much hours you spend at your pc and for how long a top system will be usable the price is getting "ok". If i see other hobbies out there 2000 Euros are pretty ok for me then.... You should be happy about your new rig ! Our Forum Rules: http://forums.eagle.ru/rules.php#en

capttrob Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 Very nice Gideon! You have invested in hours upon hours of enjoyment imo. Its kinda like going out with that new girl. You're really not sure you made the right decision although you have already taken the leap of faith. So you ask friends for approval to see if you did make the right decision. However, once you "jump in" and feel the excitement...you know you made the right decision regardless of what anyone else says..... Kudos to you my friend.. .and enjoy! Never second guess.. you only live once....;) If you still have doubts which prohibit you from enjoying it, just keep in the back of your mind, you can always sell it to make a few bucks back. That type of thinking kept me sane when i purchased my first new boat and Harley... :icon_supe

capttrob Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 I had a 1999 36' Wellcraft Sport Cruiser... bought it off the showroom floor. See the profile for motocyclerob@yahoo.com to see me skiing behind it.... Good times... unfortunately, i had to sell it when my airline went out of business... i'll get another one someday... i hope... lol To see my bike.. do a google search for capttrob.... ;) Its a 2003 100th Anniversary Fatboy. Although i didnt buy it off the showroom floor, i did get it brand new. Man, what a rush! That Harley, especially after i tweaked it with a Mikuni HSR carb and Screamin eagle pipes with an Arlen Ness intake, it was almost more exciting than twin Pratt and Whitney turbofans going vertical. However, they are both equal as far as pvssy magnet... :icon_supe
