Petaka Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 Is there a way for me to go from padlock view to center cockpit view smoothly without breaking padlock on my target? None of view key seems to work when padlocked..
NeilWillis Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 The simple answer is to invest in head tracking technology, it really is a huge step forwards in flight simming, and I consider it an absolute must.
ricktoberfest Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 Question for those who play with padlock / no trackIR The simple answer is to invest in head tracking technology, it really is a huge step forwards in flight simming, and I consider it an absolute must. And with facetracknoir being free (or donation) means that a cheap web cam is all you need.

peter Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 I'm pretty sure you have to break padlock to center the view.
Pulstar Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Face tracking via webcam without IR strobes is finicky as hell though.
Dauntless Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Break lock and center. I changed my break lock from default to x, so when I want to break lock, I hit x and num pad 5 to center. Programed as a one button press on my CH system. :pilotfly:
