IvanK I remember some time ago asked one of the guys at Temora to take a photo of the mirror in flight when there was some debate over the usefulness of the mirror in flight (vibrations making it impossible to actually see anything like an aircraft).
Solty Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Gunther Rall once said that they were using mirrors during BoB but if you somebody in the mirror it was time to bail out. Mostly due to vibrations you could not see anyone he said. Although I think that mirrors are just a preference. Some were saved by them.
