Flogger23m Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Is Leatherneck going to release a texture template for the MIG-21Bis? Something similar to the following: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/downloads/misc/ Really like the MIG-21 and would like to make some attempts at a basic retexture.
Art-J Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Yep, post DCS 2 release, however, as has been mentioned a couple of times. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.

Flogger23m Posted March 1, 2015 Author Posted March 1, 2015 Yep, post DCS 2 release, however, as has been mentioned a couple of times. Thanks for the reply. I assume something is going to change when the port over the textures to work in EDGE? Maybe take advantage of some new graphical features.
Cobra847 Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 Thanks for the reply. I assume something is going to change when the port over the textures to work in EDGE? Maybe take advantage of some new graphical features. The external model and texture is receiving an update. Errors fixed (e.g. tilt on pylons and front canopy shape) etc. This brings with it some UV changes. Nicholas Dackard Founder & Lead Artist Heatblur Simulations https://www.facebook.com/heatblur/
joey45 Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 And that's why I'm holding off on the 21.. But i'm trying out a few liveries.. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.
