You can go there and submit ticket or looking answer in manuals or their knowledge base. Last time I ask them which hall sensors built into the X52 and they didn't want answer to me.

Therefore, I will seriously consider whether Saitek it will be my next joystick.

I appreciate that, but want another forum that specializes in Saitek info... the last one was very good... and it was not off of their main page, but was very popular and good..

Frugals had good forums too, back in the day...

back sense they asked me for my home address and I sent it back to them ( the home

address, not the hotas) NO RMA number and no anything to help me.

I purchased a Saitek X-52 Pro HOTAS about 6 months ago. At first I tried to buy it through Best Buy because they offer immediate product swap (for an extra fee) if there is a problem with your first unit, but 3 days into the order Best Buy suddenly bailed on the order without explanation.

I then ordered it from New Egg. It works with one flaw: If you try to dim the LED brightness on the throttle the MFD screen brightness gets whompy, arbitrarily going from dim to full brightness to dim again, sometimes even flashing. Very distracting when flying.

Contacted Saitek support and at first they wanted me to send the unit back at my expense! Finally they relented and said they'd pay for the return shipping, but at that point I'd covered over the MFD with black electrical tape. Unfortunately there's not a whole lot of alternatives out there.
