I've decided to make one thread for my videos from 1.5 to keep it in one place and not to spam forum. Anyway I'm just speechless how well 1.5 runs and how great it looks:)

Our pilot can now see him self in mirros and you can see his head movement! In outside view you can see no only left and right head movement but also up and down.

More to come:)

Video request:

Includes full startup procedure of MiG-21 in daytime, EDGE. Could you post such a video? Or do you know of such existing video? I'd like to show it to a friend of mine.

Here you go, video is up. Hope that early morning counts as daytime:) I've made a bit nicer one but sound got out of sync and I had to record it again.

No. You are a bad person.

:D

Thanks! I >would< prefer bright sunlight though. Overcast makes 1.5 look like 1.2. But it's going to suffice.

A question. Can a TRK be edited to offset the time or alter weather? I've never tried it.

Doh np I'll make another one:) At least I'll add stuff that didn't makie it due to sound desync Any clouds or no clouds?

Scattered please =) It would also be grand if you could enable the head movement under G in the options (if not yet enabled).

BTW, how Lon did it take you to memorize the startup procedure as seen on the video?

Ok I'll record it when I'm home. So should be up tomorrow. MiG-21 startup is quite easy, difficult to say how much time it took to remember it. But since I haven't flown it for a while I had to do it twice with help of a check list to get it right.

Bucic I have this app on my phone. Most useful is it for all aspects of the MIG:)

I have that app too, very usefull. As for the video- we've made one like that in DCS 1.2. I was marking target and Myszka was flying Su-25T. Maybe we can remake it in 1.5.

We'll see if her PC will be able to handle it (desperatly needs an update).

I'm recording with Nv ShadowPlay. After rec I just throw it into my editing software and that's all. When i trim my videos I always trim both audio and video. I think that it was a fault in ShadowPlay beta (it was loosing some frames). After 3 unsuccessful records I've uninstalled beta version and reinstalled normal one. I'll try to record it today and will see. Never had any troubles with audio sync before.

You can force sync easily on the original uncut material with any type of audio desync by using a function called "stretch audio track" or similar.

The other function is time offset. Positive or negative. Self-explanatory.

Why don't you use them?
