I've discovered that for many settings and options you have to restart the game before they "take". I don't think so. You can get cockpit change just after pressing OK. No need to restart.

That's weird, because I was just changing "Mi-8 ENG" and "Mi-8 Black" to test cockpits without re-start DCS... or it was dreaming from last night...
