Capn kamikaze Posted December 6, 2015 Author Posted December 6, 2015 I've had it a little short of two years.
a1adin Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Mine is only a few hours. And they will not replace it. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=135754
Capn kamikaze Posted December 6, 2015 Author Posted December 6, 2015 (edited) I find that hard to believe, if you can prove when you bought it, eg a receipt, then they would have no option if it's in warranty, they would be legally obliged to regardless of where you bought it, you may have to send it back to your nephew in Australia and ask him to contact them from there, but to flat out refuse I find that hard to believe even if it is a grey market import in effect, if you send it back then it no longer is, maybe contact the Australian dealer on the TM website. dburne Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 I've had it a little short of two years. Nice to hear a positive story on TM support. Back in the day, their support was truly second to none and stories like this were the norm.
