Im trying to learn how to really fly the Saber but i keep constantly putting her into a flat spin and its pretty difficult to get out of at low altitude.

What am I doing that can cause this?

Also coordinate the turn by applying rudder inputs as appropriate :

Despite being a jet, the Sabre is still old school regards it's flight control system - no FBW here! Therefore it very much benefits from well coordinated rudder input with aileron input and during turns.

To avoid departures/spins avoid using ailerons at low speed as if you apply too much at low speed you can depart the jet which will result in a flat spin. So listen to the warning signs and keep an eye on the speed.

The F86 is a lot more forgiving than the Mig15. I bought both modules and have to admit that the controls locking and slow speed handling on the Mig15 makes it a harder aircraft to master.
