I have the same issue with the hawk, asked ATC for startup on a server, and it crashed. I was able to recreate the crash on a different server.

I was not able to recreate the crash in single player.

Reproduction steps:

Load in a hawk on a multiplayer server

open atc menu

request startup

(if necessary you might have to set radio frequency, this was not confirmed)

I did not have a crash doing the same with the f15C - so perhaps it is only the hawk that is the issue.

Before i did my validation test (the last crash) i also verified my files on steam. No files were missing.

I'm not using any mods.

It was on the Hawk aswell.

So it is likely module specific, mine was on single player though, on a mission I built myself.

I have no mods installed, it is 1.5, a clean install, all official modules.

My system is a i5 4 core @3.4, 16Gb RAM, 2xGTX970's, game is installed on a standard HDD, OS on a SSD.

A lot more server crashes too, they almost seem timed. Runs for 3 hours then it's 'ACCESS_VIOLATION ... '. Running a 24/7 mission and nothing is timed for 3 hours or anything close.

Running the latest SLMod and apart from some SLMod (probably harmless) 'errors' there's just one error popping up that seems odd:

08567.238 ERROR Lua::Config: Call error world.onEvent:[string "-- world events hook..."]:453: Group doesn't exist

stack traceback:

[C]: ?

[C]: in function 'getName'

[string "-- world events hook..."]:453: in function <[string "-- world events hook..."]:313>.

Got no script running calling getName on those lines.

As of 6 May this crash is still occurring.

I have just loaded the Hawk, batteries on, tune radio, contact ATC to request Startup and crash. Have reproduced this 3 times. Other aircraft working on the map without issue.

Ghoull, out.
